What do you like best about the product?
The tests keep our users on their feet and sometimes trip up IT with how well they are disguised. We have had more people reach out to us about spam emails, and we still have yet to have new users complete the initial training so that we can lower our score within PhishER.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools I don't know what they do within the system as I was never fully trained on this system. The rules section of PHishER also is a little confusing as to how to block/highlight spam emails within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant issues we've had is with users clicking links in spam emails and potentially risking our system to the world. The test emails have brought our risk score down significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The most significant advantage to PhishER is that are employees will often catch those malicious emails that sometimes get through the cracks. We can then act if we see the message hit multiple recipients. Also, just providing the Phish Alert Button so that employees can report suspicious emails, and letting our users know about it, seems to have empowered them. We are seeing more people report suspicious emails, thus increasing cybersecurity awareness in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally, the PAB doesn't work for some. We've had to uninstall it and reinstall it from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us catch those malicious emails that get through our filters. It also helps me respond to reported messages more quickly than I have been able to in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Phisher is the best phishing simulation platform I have used to date and we have used several. The training module is next to none as well. I can do campaigns in multiple languages. I can have multiple phishing scenarios launched in the same campaign, so staff don't all get the same emain and warn each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any big con to their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a great way to test the knowledge of staff and where more training needs to be focused.

What do you like best about the product?
It automates the tasks for us. It does not require a lot of overhead from an administrative standpoint. Once you get it setup, it works really well. We are happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed to take a little bit to learn how to operate the product. I thought I could do on my own, but once we got a support engineer involved, he explained it to us in no time. Support is super helpful and very proactive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4's "Phish Alert" Outlook program over our entire network and the employees love it. They can tell right away if it was a test or an actual suspicious message. PhishER will read the message and based on the information in the headers and content of the message, it knows how to rate incoming messages. It saves our InfoSec team members time. That is super helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER rules both systema nd custom made are the best. Actions for the rules which we made. Tags which tags the appropriate emails whith Threat, Clean and Spam and various other. Phish ML and PhishRIP query is worth noted. I personally like PhishRIP which quarantined the emails at user end if it matches the criteria
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishML needs constant learning- PhishRIP features need updated- by adding a feature like delete/update query option which is not available. And moreover Phish Alert Button is a must if PhisER has to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its triages recieved malicious emails. Its a one point destination for Admins or Security operations to setup rules and actions for which PhishER automatically triages and sends a notification to both user and admins.

The ability to create rules and actions that allow us to automate actions.

The only issue I have is I cant get the teams webhook to work.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team is the best - whiteglove all the way. Setup and integrations are very easy to setup and support has not been an issue if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few setup items need to be done, but overall, it wasn't that bad, especially with the support and onboarding team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing awareness and education - reporting and triage of emails using PhishAlert and PhishER. PhishER is automated!! Takes less time to manage the security awareness program.

What do you like best about the product?
Your employees answer all questions and recommend best practices when setting up PhishER for the first time. I felt confident that my setup was doing everything it could to protect my environment from phishing attacks and it also removed spam email if you set it up that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had with KnowBe4 was integrating it with our Azure active directory. At the time of my install, it was still in development, so the users had to be manually entered. I never heard anything more about the process or if it was completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've helped us out with best practices for onboarding new employees and also helped setup campaigns for employees that had failed the tests. It gave them more chances to pass and made it a more positive experience instead of a negative one.

I like that my employees find it easy to use on their end

It would be nice if I could archive items or move them to a "resolved" folder once they are marked as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees have been reporting a lot more phishing emails to it, and we have been able to use that to train others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter out what's spam, a threat, or what's clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving the option to send any questionable emails to another inbox instead of just forwarding to IT.
