PhishER helps remove the daily task of reviewing suspicious emails!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the product because it does a pretty thorough job of reviewing emails sent in by our user base and if there is a known threat included in the submitted email, it will mark it as a threat. PhishER will also do the same for spam emails. If it doesn't know then it will sit in the inbox and let me classify it manually. Honestly it's usually able to drop down the amount of emails I need to review manually by at least 85%. It helps me save a lot of time for other things, as well as gets the clean emails back to the users in a more timely fashion.

Software is super to easy to install and use. Knowbe4 Support will jump on the phone with you and walk you through the rules process. I think it's pretty easy to set it up yourself, but they will set up a call as soon as you purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I have to say is that with the PhishRIP part of PhishER. The phishRIP does great, however once an email goes into that phishRip process, the report dashboard doesn't indicate which rip process is for which email. So it makes it a little difficult to trace sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time each day by classifying suspcious emails submitted by my users. As I mentioned earlier, it probalby cuts down on the amount of suspicouis emails that need to be manually reviewed by about 85%. The other great feature is once one user submits an email, and that email is classified as malicious, I have our configuration set up to automatically remove that email from other user's inboxes. I believe this helps us stay more secure by taking that potential threat out of more users's reach.

Front end training for users. Users tend to forget to submit via Phish icon.

Remove Malicious Emails From User Mailboxes With PhishER

What do you like best about the product?
We use Microsoft Office 365 in our organization and the simple and easy integration using the Phish Alert Button (PAB) with BOTH the Oulook client and Web Clients allows any of our users to report emails to us. Once they've been submitted we can create automations to classify emails without us having to get involved. Once it's been submitted and classified, we can then run a query to see who else may have received said email and quarantine it and then delete it from anyones mailbox preventing anyone from taking any action on it.

Should you ever have any issues, customer support is super easy to work with and will always find a way to solve one of your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to NOT like! The only complaint that I have is that the service can run slow sometimes and on occasion, you can't find any emails when running a query, but that can be easily rectified by altering the search parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us to solve regular emails to the helpdesk asking "is the below email a phishing email or real". By having PhishER in place, it is a "safer" way for our users to ask that exact question. They just push a button within outlook and it sends it to PhishER which can safely and quickly classify it as Safe, a Threat, or Spam. It also allows us to remove emails from mailboxes without having to send a blast that says "don't click on the link in the email from person/company X".

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using the Phisher reporting button. Also that "Bad" email senders can automatically be identified and like emails removed from the system, eliminating the possibility of another user clicking on a phishing link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial set up took a bit of time to get working they way we wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By helping to identify phishing emails and having a simple way to report them, users are more actively engauged in looking more closely at an email prior to clicking on any links.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PhishER has the ability to triage and automate response to reported phishing emails. It gives us a single place to review header information and create block lists.

The tool is easy to use and easy to set up. Our support specalist is very helpful and knows how the tool in and out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not that very good. Reporting has came a long way but it needs more enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings for triaging reported phishing emails. The tool also easily pulls out the header information and gives us what KnowBe4's thoughts on the threat.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many great features but my personal favorite is probably the phishRIP functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative things to say about the product, it checks many boxes for us and we're very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an inside look at all emails and phishing attempts against our organization. This is incredibly valuable as BEC is only getting more complex and costly.

The ability to weed out the noise and focus on the things that need attention
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some opportunities for improved. 1, it seems that some of the servers on the backend don't score emails the same.. Some provide one score that triggers our automated actions while another will score it different and require manual handling. 2. PhishRIP is not compatible with Exchange on-prem... we still have a couple of areas that we support that still use it. 3. The blocklist isn't compatible with Exchange on-prem and Google Workspace

Allows us to focus on things that need our attention while filerting out the noise. Analysts are able to handle threats faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the entire system, both from a User & an Admin perspective. The flexibilty and ease of reporting an email from a user's perspective has vastly increased the ammount of reports we receive, whilst the workload is reduced from an admin side thanks to the automation & configurability of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup is intuitive but time consuming, so don't expect this to be a plug and play solution. Many of the workflows require time to set up and test, but once in place it needs little to no maintainance

PhishER reduces the workload of reviewing & responding to emails. We used to work the way a lot of companies do in that we had users forward emails to a mailbox, which had to be manually reviewed and responded to which is time consuming & inaccurate. With PhishER every step of the reporting process is handled, and workflows allow us to respond to emails which require our input quickly and effectively.
