PhishER is a great way to manage spam mail manually and automatically.
What do you like best about the product?
The integrated nature of the software with Office 365 and Outlook. Our users find it VERY easy to report suspicous emails through their mobile outlook and Outlook on their PC. It's also really easy to administer and investigate the reports when they come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any downsides. We have a LOT less issues and misclicks a year into using PhishER. Now that we have some solid investigation processes surrounding it, our IT is really on top of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to PHishER, users were emailing IT a copy of the suspicious email they got, which wasn't a good way for those employees to handle it. We'd have a hard time investigating and also making sure that 1 spam mail isn't in 30 other mailboxes. Now we can do it in 1 click.
Easy to navigate once setup is done
What do you like best about the product?
Customizing the emails to be sent back to people when a selection has been made about the contents of the reported email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to be set up at first, need to navigate through all of the documentation to find what you have for the goal of PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT email is flooded with questions about phishing emails and keeping jour users informed about their reporting about potential phishing emails.
I like it allows users to manage those bad emails

Easy to understand compared to some of the competitors

I really ca not find anything bad to report

We have users better training and less, a lot less issues with users clicking in the wrong emails
PhishER is a Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER has been a game changer for us. The PhishFLIP and PhishRIP features are phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across any aspects I dislike, all good so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishFLIP provides real-time actioning of 'flipping' legitimate malicious phishing emails into 'test' phishing emails sent out to users. PhishRIP takes it a step further and also removes iterations of the malicious email from users' inboxes.
Immediate ROI
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER provided immediate ROI on visibility of reported emails and allowed for immediate response to users reporting potential phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I have not found anything I do not like about phishER. It is a tool I use daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER allows me to automate much of the work I was previously doing with responding to alerts from users using the phish alert button. The tool also consolidates all of the investigations I would normally have to do into one easy pane of glass.
PhishER is an extremely helpful tool in protecting your organization from phishing attacks
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect it to Exchange to purge mail quickly and more easily than doing it through Microsoft by using PhishRIP. It is very effective, and my security team loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that I don't like about it, and maybe this is just a configuration oversight, is when a lot of people report an email as phishing, the system will automatically move it to Quarantine for everyone else. This is good and bad. It is great because, in the case of true phishing, it can handle Quarantining the bad email before IT gets to it. But the bad side is that when a lot of people flag a good email that they were told not to flag, then PhishER removes it for everyone else. IT then receives a lot of tickets about it and, if they don't think to check KnowBe4, it can be tricky trying to figure out what happened.
Another thing: Syncing the block list can be tricky. If KnowBe4 blocks a good sender and Microsoft has it too, your IT needs to know to unblock it from both systems at the same time. Otherwise, you might have one system sync it back to the other if you wait too long.
These are not terrible "dislikes".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great assist to Microsoft email protection and the automation works well. My security team has an easier time working in the PhishER interface than the Microsoft portal. It protects us better.
Automate Reported Phishing Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set up automated responses and deliver timely responses to our business and automate escalation of threats
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is less human review of threats. Infosec analysts have to review the results of the product to ensure accuracy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product solves the problem of phishing emails getting lost in the background and not reviewed. It allows automated responses to be sent to end users to ensure confidence

CSM and Support teams are top of the line. Always there when you need advice/support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A seamless O365 integration that can automatically add phishing email accounts to O365 blocked list. Now it is done manually.

PhishER - Making life easier for IT and End Users
What do you like best about the product?
The Phish Alert Button (PAB) for end users to declare dodgy looking emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Easy setup, easy use, quick and easy admin console. Over 3 years and not a single IT Helpdesk Ticket opened up declaring issues........Things don't get much better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When an End User views an email they were not expecting or determine is not legitimate, they can use the PAB button to send this on to IT, who can then investigate deeper and take the necessary action. End Users are the weakest link in security, and PhishER helps to strengthen that weak link.
KnowBe4 is an excellent platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about PhishER is the automation and ease of use. KnowBe4 dedicates resources to help you succeed at every step of the implementation. The support from KnowBe4 is outstanding!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there are no downsides to using PhishER. There are also no downsides at all to collaborating with KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very limited IT resources available. KnowBe4 support and the KnowBe4 platform is very cost-effective and help us meet IT demands without adding new and expensive resources.
