What do you like best about the product?
Reporting of individual staff members as well as the automated emails for phishing.

Deciding to move forward with KnowBe4's PhishER was a no-brainer!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using PhishER is that the process is 100% automated. Whenever a user receives a suspicious message, it can be highlighted in the Inbox and with a tap on the PAB on the Outlook toolbar, the message is removed from the user's Inbox and immediately sent to the PhishER mailbox where it can be examined quickly by a group of admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still looking for a downside of using PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, when a user reported a suspicious message, it needed to be sent inside another message to the Service Desk to be able to see the header information. Now, all admins reviewing email communication receive a message announcing that a security threat has been identified with KnowBe4's Phish ALert Button (PAB) with a link to the actual message in the PhishER Inbox. This saves considerable time and removes the Service Desk from the process of collecting the message itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves staff time evaluating suspicious emails. Allows us to proactively handle threats.

Reporting could be easier to work with.

Knowbe4 and PhishER is an amazing and affordable solution

What do you like best about the product?
This solution helps our teams be protected and learn at the same time. I have peace of mind knowing that bad actors are coming into an organization that has been this tool in place and has the Knowbe4 training to spot a Phishing email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike! As a Tech/Product guy I see a lot of future roadmap items that they could add to their overall security suite of services but I am very pleased with the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need our team members to be trained on cyber security and their role in it. The Knowbe4 training suite helps address that need. PhishER provides continuous cyber security training and protection for our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Phish Alert report button the best that is intigrated with email. Our users suspect something suspicious and they report it. If it is a test, it will immediately say congratulations. It also has the ability to auto response on many that have been identified in the past. We do occasionally have to review them and release or report as spam or threat. This has been forgotten frequently and we will have quite a few, but it doesn't hinder daily work at all. Very satisfied with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that needs improved.

Training users to be careful of their emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I've clicked on a link on accident last week that a friend sent. The link was blocked by PhishER which sparked me to reach out to that friend and confirm it was from her. Turned out she was hacked. However, I wasn't due to PhishER. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally can't say that I dislike anything. PhishER has really saved me more than once. Kudos to the team that works there for that. Without them, I'd be changing my password all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest is that even though I am vigilant, I do fall prey to phishing schemes. However, with the automagical blocker, I feel a sense of protection. It also helps me from changing all my passwords after an accidental click.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease with which the system allows us to increase our cybersecurity footing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints at this time. We haven't encountered any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to streamline the analysis of potential email threats identified by staff. We have seen a dramatic reduction in the level of random "clicking" by our staff. Our workload is lighter as a result of implementing PhishER.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about PhishER is the ability to get a high-level overview of our email security and activity, I have only begun to scratch the surface of how powerful this tool is as a whole to automate every last part if you needed. This has really been a good way to help our employees combat phishing by having an actual button right in Outlook they can click whenever they suspect something with a no harm no foul mindset since if they do send you a clean/normal email you can send it right back to them with a custom email message as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about it is there are a ton of features, automation, rules, etc to set up. As an IT Admin with a department of 1 full-time employee, 1 part-time, and myself I don't have enough time to sit down to get everything set up how we fully envision it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER has helped tremendously with training our users and giving them feedback based on the usage of the Phish Alert Button. It is one of my favorite features since it is very easy to set up and an easy way to get your users to pay attention and report possible phishing and threat emails when they never did before. They would always delete them or fall for them and now using this was very eye-opening to how many spam/threat emails we receive daily.

Nothing to dislike. Setup was easy and customer support helped setup following best practices.

Spam/malicious emails that are sent to staff. The system allows our staff to identify these messages and automatically take action throughout the organization.
