Phish ER is a good complement to standard KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER allows me to protect multiple users from a single phish attempt. It also allows users to better deal with Phishing attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to quarantine messages sent to other users on attempts that attack multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT allows me to remove dangerous email from multiple users accounts simultaneously, behind the scenes.

Overall a Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
Having PhishER has freed up a lot of my time from answering emails to more important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a bit of a learning curve setting up Actions and Rules. Now that I've figured those out we are now over 50% automatically resolved with our reported emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is performing the task of researching reported emails and cuttimng in half what I would notmally have to look at.
Solid product
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of PhishER Plus is that it automates reviewing user submitted messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The block feature doesn't always work with Office 365. We have not fully automated responses because the system has too many false positives in the ML engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scripted responses we can run saves the security team a lot of time.

Suggestions and re-useability of templates. But not always easy to fully customize the resulting mail

PhishER is a valued tool in the development of our email security.
What do you like best about the product?
Actions, they analyze emails that have been submitted to PhishER so that I don't have too.
What do you dislike about the product?
That virus total is not part of the package.

Identifying messages that are being identified as malicious that my not be.

It consolidates all the reported emails to one place. Easy to see trends and other reported messages.

Lately it has been freezing up and not working. A few times in the past few weeks.

The ability to RIP malicious mail across inboxes.

Categorization in relation auto-replies.
The auto-reply notification is great, in theory and we have had requests of "How do I know if that message was legit or not?"
Issue rolling it out has been the categorization accuracy and what users do with the auto-reply. First attempt to roll out categorization auto-reply was met with users clicking the PAB on the auto-reply message itself. Yep. Sending the auto-reply message to PhishER, an auto-reply is sent again. PAB used again....we rolled it back.

Quick and effective way for users to report bad emails.

PhishER reduces IT Support's workload regarding phishing and malicious emails.

I have not found a downside to using PhishER.

PhishER expedites reporting and handling of phishing and malicious emails.
Better than expected but still needs polished
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automatically remediate and respond to possible threats
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of manual configuration needed to automatically remediate and respond to possible threats. Additionally, VT_Threat status tag should be applied ASAP and not wait until all links are examined. Malicious actors try to overwhelm scanners with dozens of links and PER suffers from this exploit as well with inaccurate tags due to incomplete scan results.

Reduces manual effort to review reported threats and is able to more quickly provide acknowlegments
