Great tool for dealing with reported spam and phishing emails
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to setup quick actions to deal with the malicious or unwanted emails. Integration with Microsoft 365
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The only minor thing is that I want the alert from Phisher to have a link that would take me directly to PhishER
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely reaction to malicious emails and threats. Ability to contain the threat by blocking the emails.
Great service, some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for helping train users on proper email security and how to report emails.
It frees up my time by automatically reviewing emails.
When we first started to use the product, it was easy to implement. We only had to change a couple of things in our M365 tenant.

What do you dislike about the product?
The PhishER button has been very temperamental. It doesn't always stay on Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows users to report suspicious emails and I can review them at my conveince.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to quickly pull phishing emails from all mailboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not as clean and helpful as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If a phishing attack makes its way through, we're able to still provide a quick resolution.
This is one of the best training platforms I have ever used/managed.

The platform is so simple and effective.

I wish the PAB Alert Pop Up had a configurable timer, or lasted longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When Users submit emails using the Outlook PAB 90% of them are resolved with human interaction, saving me a ton of time!

Automation and visibility into users risk scores.

Limited functionality for M365 GCC High tenants.

Phishing/Security Awareness trainings on a cadence.
PhishER Enhance your E-mail Security
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with Office 365. Block lists, PhishRiP and the way it can help users learn about Phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup requires some reading and understanding of the rules before it is fully setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are unsure which e-mails are phishing. By using PhishER we can hepl educate them and also use their reporting to blok real threats.
Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! It is so easy to set rules and actions to automate a lot of tasks within PhishER.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I am not fond of is the API does not allow much in terms of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PhishER is assisting with automating our reported emails whether that is PhishRIPing from users' mailboxes or ensuring our users know between a clean, spam, and threat email.
PhishER Saves you time
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the KnowBe4 PAB more actionable. Adding PhishER to your PAB deployment force multiply the effectiveness. PhishER takes a giant load off our our small team when it comes to analyzing messages and determining the legitimacy of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating queries is a little rough. Some of it requires knowing the query language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the eyes on all reported emails from end users. Our small team would not be able to keep up without it.
Powerful and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Using PhishML to auto trigger actions has been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed on PhishRip need to be worked on however learning that a new product offering "Protect/Defend" that will live inline to provide enhanced security near realtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time it takes to respond to known detected threats.

Great product to automatically quarantine potentially malicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it long enough to give a fair assessment.
