Great tool for phishing email investigation

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to delete emails from all the users inboxes who received the email.
The Knowbe4 support is great, and the documentation is perfect, always answers all the questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we know that a phishing email is in users inboxes through message trace, we have to wait for a user to report the email as phishing to be able to investigate further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The RAW of the message, the domains and URL's help in blocking the exact domains the email was coming from.

Bringing users up to speed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the knowledge that the program provides, our IT department used to get slammed with spam and phishing attempts and now the users are able to better distinguish what is a legitimate email and what is a phishing attempt.
Using the PhishRIP function allows us to recieve fewer requests so we can get back to our larger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initally we had a hard time getting up to speed, we wanted to hit the ground running so maybe if we had a knowledge base for new users with more advanced features. Like how to use wildcards when performing a PhishRIP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
added time for IT not dealing with the same phishing requests.
Being able to block an email after it has already been sent to minimize these requests

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quarantine e-mails was important to us and a key differentiator when we looked at other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being automatic like a e-mail filter would be ideal but there are other products that do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a security savvy culture is the most important thing a school/organization can do because so much of breaches are socially engineered. KnowBe4 has a holistic approach and portfolio of products and a unmatched depth and breadth of training options.

PhishER Is a Powerful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
PhishER makes simulated phishing easy and is a powerful tool that is easy to use. It's a well designed product. Incident response is easier and more automated as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it. Deployment may take longer than anticipated, but that would be the only real negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved our overall security posture, reducing time to identify phishing attacks, and improving how we respond to orchestrated phishing attacks. We have also seen our recovery time from incidents improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it. However, just know it will take some time to get the full functionality out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and the power of the tool. "Plucking" email from our account will be amazing should we ever need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the tools appears to accomplish what we need and allows us to feel a little more confident.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to address the rising occurences of Phishing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate and auto-triage emails has been a huge value add to the organization! It's transformed the experience for the end user, and allowed security to focus on validated suspicious emails and not user-submitted spam.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requireing all domains to be authenticated has lead to workarounds as we outsource some of our security program to third parties that did not consent to the domain authentication request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixed a manual suspicious email process involving a shared inbox and ad-hoc review and reply to the submitter. It's improved IT Security's relationship with the greater organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to automate your suspicious email process and gain a powerful tool to perform triage and hunting in your environment, then KnowBe4 PhishER if a great partner to help with these initiatives.

Stop Phishing attacks in their tracks!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in not only automated scanning/sorting of phishing emails, but the ability to scan our entire mail system for reported messages and pull them from all user inboxes. I was able to sit on the beach while on vacation, perform a phishrip and stop a phishing attack in less than 5 minutes from first report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to configure but KnowBe4 is there to assist!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strange/rogue emails are reported and analyzed by the system and any email is able to be pulled from users mailboxes preventing the need for everyone to send in a report or bother IT
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have issues with phishing this is a must-have! Well worth your money.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with the ability to view the history of reported threats. Several of these have been used to facilitate tabletop exercises within our Incident Response Team (IRT).
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishRIP was a great add-on to the product and was doing a lot to provide additional security to our end users. It, however, stopped working over a year ago. I requested status updates from technical support multiple times and still do not have a reason for the failure or an estimate on when the issue will be corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding common attack vectors coming into our company. It aligns with spear-phishing research showing the primary targets in our company are our executives. It justifies the cost spent on protecting email. It is also a great resource for reporting the attack vectors being used against our organization.

PhishER has helped reduce investigation time

What do you like best about the product?
The automated rating of emails makes finding the high-risk emails a breeze. I have been able to create rules to carry out specific actions based on the risk rating or the likelihood that the email is spam or phishing. Users can forward an email to PhishER or use the phish alert button to kick off the once manual process of investigation automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI is somewhat clunky and takes some time to get used to. Initial setup is required to get PhishER talking to the KMSAT platform, which I wish is built-in natively, but this is not a deal-breaker by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual investigation of emails and users deleting emails rather than having a way to report them. End users are identifying the benefits as well, with a reduction in spam hitting their inbox.
