Amazing Organization - Poor sharing/downloading options
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to organize through nesting folders, and multiple sort options.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to download or share photos, you have to go through a few clicks and a laggy process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All pictures are easily accessible anywhere and backed up digitally.
Great System to Manage Digital Assets
What do you like best about the product?
I find Image Relay very easy to use and navigate. You are able to upload in large batches, assign key words to make it easy to search and organize the photos in folders. You can also add users and give them different levels of permissions. One of my favorite features is being able to create “collections” of photos and then share the collection out. It gives you the ability to share certain photos and allow others to download them without giving them access to your entire database.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints - it is set up in a way that makes it easy to use for our current digital asset management needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had gotten to a point where we had so many photos that it was hard to find what we needed by just storing them on our server. So I did survey of our campus to see what other departments were using to manage assets and there was no consistent tool and nothing the university offered. So I looked into off-campus services and really liked the functionality and price that Image Relay offered.
Good Photography Organization for Small Companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search for different projects by name and get a sense of what projects are able to be shared publicly and in what context. I also like that everything is in one place that is accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. I appreciate that I can brand the platform as an admin for my company so that when my colleagues interact with it they feel like they are directly engaging and interacting with our company as opposed to a third party host or another site hosted elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can get messy fast if the project owners do not upload the correct information or tag things incorrectly. For example, if the person who uploads a project defines a tag as one color when it actually is a different color, that can pose issues in marketing materials when we incorrectly identify something and the project is wrong in printed materials. It can make us look bad to clients as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have project files in one place for future references. We also have used Canto to provide a resource for our sales team when they are having conversations with potential or future clients so that they have examples at their disposal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product to smaller companies because it is so nice to have all project files in one place. Especially photography of said projects. However, for larger organizations with multi-pronged products it is a little more cumbersome.
The epitome of organisation
What do you like best about the product?
How you can tag the image so quickly and then you can search for any tag and you'll get back exactly what you want. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When other users don't follow a good structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save file space for me
I love this image database platform.
What do you like best about the product?
This program has an enormous capacity to share folders with external suppliers, where they can load practical materials of important use in a simple way. I am very impressed by the ease and organization of Image Relay; I can load, store and share images or files in a fluid way. In addition, the function to replace files and maintain the same download link is incredible, it allows me to flexibility in the compartment and backup of its use. In general, the search functions and the folder options are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is very important to say that the charger or the name of the owner is missing, perhaps in an optional way some type of version control and rights management in the filters. This to avoid incurring indoles problems in matters of name and identity. As a contribution, i would like that update the label definitions to add new ones instead of being able to do so while adding labels to new assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Image Relay since we need a repository to which all members of our organization have access so that it can be searched and is easy to use. Basically we have many advantages in the work processes since we can share image and video resources among the members of the team without any setback or limitation. The downloads in various sizes and types make it so easy for the manipulation of several employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since it is an excellent system of administration or digital marketing, because thanks to its functionality you can store and share files in an organized way, I could say without thinking that this program does all the above on a large scale.

iImage relay helped us as a buisness to structure and organize content. User friendly and very intuitive

No complaints so far. However I wish there was a broader tutorial to help new users

Image relay has been very beneficial in visual advertising for us. I would recommend it 10/10

Look up YouTube videos on a few ways to trouble shoot. We found that very useful

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user to the Image Relay.
Based on my current usage of this service, it has been easy to use for the images I need.

Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that were are able to easily organize assets by brand. The platform is clean and manageable. I also like having a central location for all the companies assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collections features is a little wonky. I need to become more familiar with it. Sharing, uploading and downloading from a collection has been an issue for me. Data integration. I wish it was a different progress completion report other than email with moving files over from a different storage software. Searching. I have not mastered searching completely but it seems to search everything even if i am in a specific folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was added to a collection and now it is not in my queue. Before I was not able to download images start from the collection. I have not tried again yet, but that was an issue I was having before.

Image Relay is a great tool for managing multiple brands.
Simplifies image searches
What do you like best about the product?
As long as my team has uploaded images and descriptions correctly, I can quickly organize images and find them in a matter of seconds instead of searching through archives. At the same time, the search function is fantastic and pulls key words and tags from all of our images - again, making everything easier to find. I also love that I can download an image directly from the thumbnail, instead of having to drill down, if I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when providing download options, that Image Relay would provide a "preview" of the file size. Often, that has the most impact on the type of file I'll download and I would be nice to know the sizes before downloading by trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've moved a number of images off of our internal server, saving space and also time, considering Image Relay is much faster in finding images. We're also able to better organize our images, which also makes them easier to find.
Image Relay Satisfactory Filesharing
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Image Relay is the ability to share folders with external providers, where they can upload materials easily. It makes sharing large files much easier, more secure, and more coherent!Another great feature is the accessibility of help - there's a chat you can start with an image relay assistant at any time within the site, where they let you know of any site errors, improvements, and it serves as a search if you have any questions you want to find in the FAQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if HTML files specifically could be visualized within Image Relay, currently you have to download them in order to view them correctly. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load, but I imagine this depends on the amount of files and sizes of those files within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to be more self-sufficient as a team member, as all of our team uploads files to image relay. As mentioned before, it's also easier to send and receive files with any agencies or other external parties we work with. It's true that with a tool such as this the team itself must become more organized - but having this tool instigates that organization within the team organically.
