Easy, simple, intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing files is the most helpful part of Image Relay for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Although my company is trying to solve an issue of "multiple files"... because of how we "package" art, there is no way to not duplicate files...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing art with any vendor, whether or not they have Image Relay, has solved may problems for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best sharing/archival software we've used so far.
Image Relay is user friendly and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. High quality images are available to download for our customer's. I like that it keeps older seasons available and each of our brands are separated and easy to navigate around the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a bad experience. Sometimes when I search for a specific item code, it is not found. I am not sure if that is on our end when loading the information into the system. I am just a user of this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send High Quality images to customer's and accounts. Having upcoming and prior seasons available for download also helps.

This program is user friendly, simple to navigate and organized for easy accessibility.
Great online library for using across clients and offices
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to use. No need for any training for our global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving between folders is a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a simple searchable library that we can use for a wide variety of assets that enable our global teams to pull from the same assets with no confusion.
Image Relay Makes Our Jobs Easier
What do you like best about the product?
In a department that ranges from Video/photo to graphic design, web development, and marketing, Image Relay has become an invaluable tool for us. With so many people who need to be able to share resources and help collaborate on various projects, Image Relay just simply makes our jobs easier. We know that the resources we need are easily available and we can also share with outside vendors. We gather a tremendous amount of photo assets, so having easily accessible cloud storage is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if when you searched for an asset, it was easy to determine where it was in the folder structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to be a more collaborative team across many areas; video, graphic design. web, social media, and marketing.

Asset Management at its BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is loving the most recent version of Image Relay. The platform provides a logical manner for organizing our images and files, and provides the entire team quick and seamless access! Wit so many team members needing access to a large quantity of files, Image Relay has been the perfect solution. Our favorite feature has been the keyword function which allows quick locating of images!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time we are thoroughly satisfied with the interface and haven't determined any needs for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Marketing Team we create a ton of content and we needed a centralized location to store all of those files and share them across teams. In addition, Image Relay provides us a place to store our large files without bogging down our server. It's been a great solution!
Easy organization
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Dropbox a few months ago. Image Relay makes the organization and tagging of photos so much easier, so that we're able to find relevant content quickly. The team is really responsive and helpful in answering questions as they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of functionality features that could be easier but overall it's better than any other platform I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time. Finding relevant content is faster and easier if you put in time on the front end to organize and tag everything.

It's easy to drop files and share them with other teams.

Not everyone that we share files with are tech savvy.

It has helped the marketing team provide resources quickly for the sales team out in the field.
Simple and great tool for sharing data
What do you like best about the product?
Using is image relay is very simple and efficient working in a larger team. I had no problem getting used to it.
The part I like the most is when you download something and you choose the picture size. This is really helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I don't like the menu and the way to go backwards. I find all the stuff but I am missing an overview. The sidebar on the left works but it is still confusing. This is not a major problem but something I always have to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with as an international team and image relay is really a helpful tool to share information and files quick. It is easy to access and we have had no negative feedback so far. The design is clean and tidy. We dropped our "Old school" FTP server and have way better output with image relay,

Just go ahead a try it out. Not much to go wrong.
Easy and organised
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can organise folders on the left hand side of the screen, and easily create new ones and new nested folders, helping me to direct people to certain files. I also enjoy the ease of sending an upload link, allowing others to upload but not see files that do not concern them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how when I change the title of an image, it sometimes changes the format of the image. As it is at the top of the list when I open the image, I feel this should be easily changeable, rather then the product description. I know i can upload with the tile already created, however as i work in retail the product title is often updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realised that having images online, rather then just in a shared file on my PC, means that I can share images quickly with people inside and outside of my business. It also allows me to access images that i may need, but others do not realise i need and visa versa.

I created an instagram page for my specific showroom and I use ImageRelay pictures for many of my posts

Definitely use image relay but strategically add the titles with lots of detail for ease of use
