Great Asset Management program
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Cumulous to Image Relay a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. Cumulous was so tedious and it drove me nuts trying to find assets, even ones that I had found just minutes before. Image Relay has taken the pain out of finding photos. There are many ways to search for assets, and you're able to save collections as you're searching. Image Relay has also made it easier to upload, tag, and organize assets so they're very easy to access quickly. If you ever have a question, these guys get back to you asap with the solutions you need to proceed with your work. I can't say enough good about Image Relay and the Image Relay team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I dislike about Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time invested in searching for assets. Image Relay makes the process very easy compared to Cumulous where I could spend a lot of time looking for things and not finding what I needed. Image Really is much faster and easy to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time with other asset management systems‚Image Relay will be all that you need.
Great, easy to use tool for organizing and sharing assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize and find the content my team has shared
What do you dislike about the product?
Load times can be slow, but that is more likely due to my company's dreadfully slow internet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to share assets with other teams seamlessly and in an orderly and quick fashion.
The best DAM for your dollar.
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is basically ready to use as soon as the agreement is signed. The interface is intuitive and search is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing and organizing from cloud storage (Google Drive) can be a little finicky if you have a large repository with a lot of nested folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to store, organize and share digital assets within our team and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with broad metadata and organization strategy. Try not to overthink how things will be organized before you start using Canto. We got stuck a couple times as our organization planning got very granular.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Budget-friendly pricing. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-tagging is not really useful in our particular case.

Digital asset management, searchability of assets

You do need an in-house resource to upload and tag images.
Far better than i expected
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, with many great features. The whole team could understand how it works with a minimum of training assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think if anything, actually. It works well for what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can find images among our 10,000+ stored photos quickly and easily. We can send large files to users with basically one click.

Try it. To say we have been thrilled is not an exaggeration.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire interface is really beautifully designed and it is so easy to upload, categorize and edit metadata of each image.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have problems with tags sticking to images when I upload by drag and drop, but it is a very minor thing since I use that method very seldom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our digital assets were literally all over the place. Having a centralized location and easy portal for our international staff to upload has made a huge difference in our workflow.
Canto has solved many issues for us
What do you like best about the product?
The Canto platform has been a huge help for us! It has made organizing, tagging, and sharing of images incredibly easy. The site is easy to work on as well. The Portal function is also amazing. I was tasked with creating a Portal and found a very helpful tutorial on the creating one that made it very easy. Highly recommended platform with very reasonable pricing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing that is a bit buggy is when creating new folders and albums in the folder structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily sharing images to external partners.

Do it!
So intuitive, responsive, fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It immensely aids with pain points like organizing and searching for specific images, and is easy enough for someone with little to no photo editing experience. It loads way more quickly than you'd expect something so robust to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had "related images" automatically populated somehow! It would be great if more than just the person who uploaded the image could add keywords and other kinds of notes. Creating custom folders would be great instead of having to default to what the original uploader chose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization that works for everyone! Ease of accessibility whether you're in the office or not. We don't have to reply on shared servers that may or not be reachable depending on location. Workflow is not interrupted and product activation is seamless.
New to ImageRelay
What do you like best about the product?
I love that ImageRelay allows us to sort images into multiple folders without duplication of files, and with the necessary usage and release forms included for each image. It is user friendly and great to look at and find files. On top of that, the staff are very hands-on. If there is ever a question they answer promptly. If there is a better way to do something, they will reach out without prompting. They have been helpful every strep of the implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, we don't have any major complaints. I think at this point our biggest complaint is that you can't drag files onto the web browser to upload, you have to start the upload prompt first. A very very very very minor qualm from a mac user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have historically had no content management system in our organization. When people needed photos, no one knew who to ask for them or where they lived, or even if we had any at all. Additionally, when images were used we had no method of knowing whether there was signed consent for its use or not. This was a huge issue for marketing, hampering our digital footprint significantly. Now all of that has been remedied and we are so excited for the future of our digital asset library and marketing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For an organization like ours with no prior management system, ImageRelay is a lifesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is an ideal tool with great organised folder to share pictures in a perfect quality within an international company!It is also a great opportunity to create individual collection, which can be used in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything yet, what I don't like by using the tool.
