moderately acceptable
What do you like best about the product?
not much, it was difficult to use and timed out when uploading large files. Had difficulty in downloading
files some would come right away others would package and come as zipped folders. did not like
the inconsistencies.

Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about image relay is that this makes it super easy for my team to organize our files. not only that but it' super easy to share the files with anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
one thing I dislike is that sometimes if I ask my team to replace a file with a new one the image still looks like the old file. I've had to have my team in the past just remove the file and add a new file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This site makes it easy for all of our network to have access to our files in one location.
A handy tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share and access images and documents without having to share complete library, different options for file sizes and editable images and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out, pretty happy overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing and sharing hi resolution marketing images and documents with ease.
Clean, easy to use interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The image relay interface is very clean, and easy to use. Unlike some asset management platforms which I've used in the past, it's also quick, and easy to get a feel for the images which you are about to preview. It saves me lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is when logging in, I need to refresh my browser. It seems to always get stuck on the login screen, although this could be due to our work environment...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for catalogued collections of images to be accessible in various formats, without the need for bulky collections and doubling up on file storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a play with it, and consult with those who will ultimately be using the platform to see if it meets their needs and requirements.
Wonderful support for an even more wonderful tool.

My favorite thing about image relay has got to be their support. The support specialists are always around to help and seem to know exactly what they are talking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's just me but the more assets we add to the service the slower the interface loads. I'm not talking major slowdowns but it is noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay offers my company a simple clean way to organize all our digital assets. I really enjoy the fact that Image Relay stores versions of files and allows users to create custom collections.
The "versions" feature allows us to upload a file, generate a link to that file, store the link in the database and forget about ever changing the link in the database. Whenever the file changes we can just upload the change as a version in Image Relay! We use this on over 200 hospital logos and it has saved me tons of time over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tagging and search features. It makes it very easy for me or anyone else in the company to find what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
A folder image has to be from something in the folder. We found a workaround, but I'd rather be able to just upload a folder image directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to move away from a server based storage system for our assets.
Great, easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface on desktop and mobile device. Any flaws in the interface are addressed in a timely matter. Easy to create collections that are easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface makes it a little difficult to perform simple functions like copying images or saving to a computer. Still a very user-friendly solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to selling tools that are able to be viewed from a mobile device. Provides quick solution for viewing important images on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Image Relay lets us categorize/organize external vs internal, as well as the subfolders. It is very easy to use and maneuver your way through the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use image relay so extensively enough to find something I dislike about it. For the most part, it serves it's purpose that our company set it up for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds for our company all of our user guides, MSDS, packing guides, product guidelines, product videos, etc. It is a crucial part of assisting in knowing our products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Image Relay has definitely been a large asset to our company and a large contribution in our success of onboarding new employees and communicating throughout our multiple locations.
Dynamic&intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy to learn this platform. After a few weeks I know where I can find something that I am looking for. It is easy to download needed assets within very small period of time. I don't have to keep everything in my files on computer, I can take them from Image Relay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that sometimes it loads too long but I am aware of the fact that it is up to the Internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day business presentations, Social Media assets, creation of POS materials.

Discover the "Collections" tab. It is amazing and super useful.

The homepage layout. The font is a bit too small.
