Ideal tool for an international company
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is an ideal tool with great organised folder to share pictures in a perfect quality within an international company!It is also a great opportunity to create individual collection, which can be used in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything yet, what I don't like by using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business benefits: sharing images within an international company efficient.
Pretty simple user interface - clean
What do you like best about the product?
The download options are clear and simple. The site has good speed compared to other similar setups. Access is provided by one of our manufacturers
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to increase thumbnail size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of marketing materials. Definitely has eased the process of accessing and updating files.

I love that the images are able to be broken down into subfolders and categories, which makes it so easy to find the image that I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like if I could download images without having to fill out a form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to quickly get information to customers.
Wonderful way to "herd the cats" with all the creatives and clients needing brand-compliant assets
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to find something I need - usually when I come to Image Relay, I don't have a specific item in mind - it's sort of browsing for something that will fit my needs. I'm seldom disappointed because it's easy to just browse the different categories and I almost always find something I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to learn the thought patterns of marketing people. I am in IT so we think a little differently - sometimes the categories need a bit of getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can usually find photos that are already approved and ready to consume. Also, the brand is supported by offering templates and other assets that are also ready to roll. Keeps us standardized and helps enforce the brand.

The download options for file size/resolution

I haven't had any issues or noticed anything that would need changed.

Seamless sharing of images among a variety of offices and locations

it's easy to use and straightforward. love its browsing tool on my phone, an ability to share link or download it on my device, the ability to share with others. T
What do you dislike about the product?
too many steps- example -filling out information when downloading a file?? I can't figure out why I can't share certain folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far except the one above.
System is well laid-out
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to drill down to the proper type of graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not simple enough to download original resolution images or vector graphic files (.eps, .ai etc.) I will always want those as I'm in technical documentation. It requires sending an email to get full-res imagery.

Makes common images available to everyone.

Organize and upload as many company and licensed images as possible.

There is nothing I can of now. Everything is smooth and as expected.

Being able to access the files from this company allows me to create sellsheets for our sales reps to efficiently represent their products.
Fast viewing and downloads. Easy to use!

It's so easy to navigate through massive image files as I've been putting together multiple catalogs. Was previously using a hard drive, but this is so much easier to use, download comps, and then download high-res files in a snap

Hard to say at this point, it's been all positive
