Easy functions

What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of files stored on image relay and it's easy to find what I'm looking for with the search tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our training videos and marketing brochures are stored there. It's helpful to have it all in one places and stored online if anything were to happen to our server.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate to the information documents my company puts out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike from my perspective because I use it to review company information documents and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to pass information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't know the full extent of what Image relay can do but for what i use it for i would say it is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the organization. I can easily search any tag of a photo that I am in need of and it pops up. Snow day and I have to announce a campus closure? I just search snow, and I can choose any photo of our campus that has been tagged as snow. Perfect!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is occasionally a little bit of lag when using the back button to go to a previous page. The download of the page is a bit long and I will end up clicking on an old file and then it refreshes and I have to start from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have four students who work under me. And when they need to post photos, instead of coming to me and having me send one, they can log into ImageRelay and find their own and create a post from there!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great way to get organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to upload your contents and organize it in different menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't open new tabs, you must be working always in the same window.

Brilliant organization, tagging, and folder systems make my job easy

What do you like best about the product?
My company looked at numerous different services to store and host our large library of product and lifestyle images. We repeatedly found the same thing lacking in every single one: there wasn't a built in system for tagging images so that they could be easily searched. Image Relay does. When we need to find a photo for a blog or social media post this makes things SO much easier, and adding tags when uploading is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I find that I press the back button instead of hitting the "X" in the upper right hand corner when previewing an image, resulting in going back further than I'd like. This may be an odd request, but a "random" sort function would be useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it far easier for our company to find images for marketing use, something that used to be a pain. It streamlines this work immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Image Relay is to use, their customer support is very responsive and it makes sharing images between everyone in my company (and external if needed) very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes moving images between folders can be a little annoying, but not bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of remote employees that need to access our photo library - logging on to Image Relay is much easier and faster than connecting to our network remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Image Relay because is an easy and fast way to get images and information about my brand instead of writing my global team everytime I need something for media or social media assets. It made us all more productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike would be that sometimes when I try to use the advance search it's a little confusing and the filters are not very useful ti me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I'm based in Mexico and the brand is located in NY, it's easier for all of us having all the information in the web so that I can have easy access to it instead of contact my global team every team I need something (that is almost everyday).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely use Image relay and once you have it don't hesitate on exploring it, is the easiest way to understand it, and if there's any doubt you can always ask thru the live chat.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to find assets I'm looking for to use in marketing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only variable in ease of use is when others using IR in the company don't put images and assets where I might expect to find them. Even that is easily correctable though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can even easily send links to outside vendors when they need marketing images from our company.

logging in takes a couple of tries to work. Could me my issue rather than Image Relay, fyi.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is a fantastic tool that we're using company-wide. It enables us to organize our assets - ranging from photography, company information, sales sheets, etc. - in a clear manner. The site is easy to navigate, further facilitated by the ability to search the entire library. I would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search feature doesn't pick up on the key search terms and returns an incomplete search. In some instances, this may be attributed to the fact that the key words searched aren't automatically associated with a piece of collateral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay has provided a central repository where the team can access the latest materials. This tool allows for everyone to have access to items, rather than having to search through company files.
