New and improved ease of use is tremendous
What do you like best about the product?
The most recent version of Image Relay helps me get the images and files I need quickly. Using either the side drop down menu or the main screen is quite simple. The current version has zero lag which helps me pull up files for download quickly on the go. Previous versions weren't as seamless.
Additionally, the search bar is accurate when searching through hundreds of files that often have odd names. On top of that, the general file capacity of Image Relay is great because with as my company grows, the depth of the information we need to store in the program only gets more dynamic.
Ultimately, as an outside sales person who does work remotely from my corporate office, Image Relay helps me stay connected to files that are important to my day to day functions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any aspects that I dislike, however a timeline of when new files are added would be a nice addition for users who frequently check in for updated content. Some of the files my company adds look new, but tend to be rehashed. A timeline could add to the already easy to use platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed, speed, speed. As an outside salesman, its often required that I make a sales pitch in a small time frame. By having quick access to images and sales sheets I can help relay messages to my clients faster than before. Anything that can help me close a sale faster is a benefit to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the customer service. They are responsive and well in-tune to what the user needs.
Great platform for file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Our team is rather large and spread out across several geographies -- Image Relay makes it easy to share important files and photos with the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-organization is difficult -- for example, if a file is uploaded to the wrong location it is quite a process to relocate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets our needs in the digital marketing arena by allowing my team to share content on a larger scale.
Really good way to organize assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like the search feature and the overall interface. I want to explore more ways to us it.

Sometimes the folders are unclear and hard to manage

Being able to send large files around and just having them all in one place. I also like being able to choose which resolution you want to downloaad.

I like how anyone, evento ir it's the first time, can use it without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike os there's no app yet.

I've been solving a lot of problems, including the possibilite to create different permissions by user.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk upload function and the search function.

If I had to pick something, I might say that organizational hierarchy could be more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing imagery across departments and outside of the organization has been much simpler with image relay.
Easy and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create collections that you can share with clients and/or colleagues. I am always using it to provide my clients with marketing images that pertain to my products. Plus the organization aspect of it is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it does everything that I need it to. If there is anything that doesn't function exactly as I wish, it is likely original user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I use it for is sharing files and imagery with colleagues across the globe. Additionally, I make collections for my different products that I can share with my clients.

Very handy tool! I would highly recommend using this software for image management.
Great asset management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use internally within our company and with clients, partners and photographers. Very clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I have all positives, there are a couple small nuances that would make it work better for our company like I would love to be able to archive folders/images so they don't come up in search but we can also keep on file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image and content organization, and share ability across departments, and with partners is so easy with Image Relay!

Great asset management system, definitely worth demoing if you are in the market to make sure it's a good fit for you. They are always willing to work with you to create a product that's best for you!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how organized the images are because they can easily be found. I really like that you can share select folders of images internally or outside of the company. This feature is awesome when working with outside vendors.

The search option can definitely be improved.

With the ability to share images with outside vendors, I can be so much more productive. This feature has been key.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using the Image Relay because it makes it so much easier to do my job as a graphic designer. All the images I need are right there and easy to download any time I need it, day or night.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish perhaps the search function was a little better (more specific tags perhaps) but besides that, it's perfect for what I need it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a LOT of time. I have a lot of experience with having to chase down images and high resolution photos from people, and this cuts all that time and stress out of my day.

Efficient and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes it really easy to organize large numbers of images, keep track and share them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to wait for emails notifying me that a large folder of images is ready to be downloaded instead of just going ahead and downloading them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to organize a large number of images with a variety of different groups: sales, marketing, customers and media. This tool has made it easy to sort and organize images by project and allows different users their own access.
