Easy to organize, flexible, and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The folder structure is very intuitive and since it has large images (at least in our setup), very easy to find what you're looking for. As long as you name you assets well the search functionality is great. Tagging can be helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to ask for elevated privileges from our admin has been the only bump, but even that was really quick and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large and ever increasing quantity of images, videos, and vector art. We tried a number of different platforms before. Keeping all of the content organized and easily searchable has been a big challenge for us, but Image Relay has been great.

categories are in separate folders so its quicker/easier to find what you need

for a while the selection buttons were not operating plus the logo images were small and pixelated

I can grab new art and product shots quickly to put in my work

I love the intuitive platform. It's an easy solution for my employees and agencies.

Sometimes upload can be a little slow for large files.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay allow us to store so many file types, including Photoshop images that can still be downloaded as JPGs or other file types. This creates an incredible resource when working with our media partners and related businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting permissions for large numbers of different user types can be somewhat tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media and advertising galleries, image distribution.
Image Relay does the job!!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using image relay because it allows me to find what I am looking for quickly and efficiently. When I find the file/files I am searching for downloading is a breeze and helps me work faster and smarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of having to fill out information for every download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick downloading of product images for ecommerce. More products downloaded, processed and reuploaded to our site.

It is better than most FTP sites!

where do i begin? as a photo retoucher i deal with a multitude of ftps and asset management sites and Image relay is by far my favorite, easy search function, clear download instructions, whats not to like?
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints. i really think that imagerelay is the optimum FTP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use imagerelay to gather vendor images of products to lighten the load of things my team needs to photograph in house to sell on our retail site.
Great digital asset management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to train people on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integrations (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Drive); does not track which registered users accessed quick links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a central brand asset library for logos, templates, images, and collateral. In implementing ImageRelay, it has become so much easier to share templates and other assets with the staff to increase overall brand implementation.
More powerful than just an image library
What do you like best about the product?
ImageRelay is so adaptable that we have been able to use it to communicate sales reports to reps & specs to vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had one issue with the system, there is a work around to it, and it is really unique to our instance & use.

We replaced an FTP for reports & reduced our internal server needs.
