Wonderful Asset Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's super helpful to have a clean, highly organizable repository for our company brand assets. I love that I can create and compile my own groupings of assets and share them with freelancers. It's a great resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't share a whole folder—only individual files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One organized place to store all of our assets and easily and securely share them with people. We save time since people can self serve what they need and we don't have to spend as much time tracking things down.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Very well organized! Love that I am able to download different image qualities depending on my use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I use this program on a daily basis!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to obtain high-quality images from my main vendor, Stuller. I am able to utilize any and all of the stock images that the vendor provides to use for my marketing my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Being able to have access to my vendor's Images has drastically changed my marketing strategies and overall brand image. This programs easy navigation and outstanding organizational capabilities allow me to whip out marketing content quicker then ever before, and time is money!

Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay was the perfect solution for my unorganized mess of photos. It has not only given me a way to organize our facility photos but also given me peace of mind that they are stored safely and securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike. I suppose the upload and organization process is the most difficult and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great sales tool that helps me easily select and send photos to clients.

not sure if this is a simple setting change or not, but the question that pops up each time asking me what I planning on using the image for is kinda silly

Image Relay has helped resolve a previously disorganized of important content assets for marketing

It is easy to upload and very easy to share links to anyone internally or externally, I love that the links don't expire

I don't love the drop down navigation on the left, sometimes it requires me to close the sub folder to open another.

Great platform for your accessing and sharing needs.
Easy to organize, flexible, and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The folder structure is very intuitive and since it has large images (at least in our setup), very easy to find what you're looking for. As long as you name you assets well the search functionality is great. Tagging can be helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to ask for elevated privileges from our admin has been the only bump, but even that was really quick and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large and ever increasing quantity of images, videos, and vector art. We tried a number of different platforms before. Keeping all of the content organized and easily searchable has been a big challenge for us, but Image Relay has been great.

categories are in separate folders so its quicker/easier to find what you need
What do you dislike about the product?
for a while the selection buttons were not operating plus the logo images were small and pixelated
