Image Relay - works for me
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a client receiving content through Image Relay. It's easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It does what I need it to do with minimum fuss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It delivers large amounts of date for me to select from and download. Quick and easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect for selecting the data (in my case magazine photos and articles) you need from a large amount all displayed well.
Fist class asset system
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use, customisable interface that can be used with little or no instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no down sides to the system for our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sue Image Relay for syndication of our brands and distribution of assets.This has enabled us to stop supplying individual assets to customers and partners via numerous methods saving time and money.

I find it very easy to use and the tagging system works very well when searching for a specific image

Can be slow to download at times and a little clunky

Its great for us as we have a lot of cross-business communications and we can keep all our assets in one place
Intuitive and robust photo library system
What do you like best about the product?
This program is easy to use, and is very robust with many great features. Using Image Relay has enabled us to finally build a photo library that can be shared between departments as well as across campus. We use the collection sharing tool more than we’d ever dreamed we would. The onscreen chat button is also a nice feature and customer service usually responds within a few hours, if not right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reorganizing and moving files takes a lot of steps and is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many people on our teams who need access to photos and files. Tagging photos with production rights is also helpful so that we do t misuse a photo incorrectly. Being able to share a collection across campus has been an asset.
Very usefull tool to make my day-to-day work-flow easier and faster
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other image servers, I especially like the simplicity of this tool. Finding relevant data and downloading it is much faster than on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that you have to input the reason why you require the data everytime you download a file which becomes a hassle if you have a lot of specific data to download one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Downloading Images and Videos as quickly as possible without loosing much time.
Easy to use image library
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and share. Well organized and intuitive platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a little slow loading large documents to preview.

Easy way to access our company images, catalogs, and presentations. Allows me to share them with customers in a professional format.
My personnal experience on Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay allows my international company to easily share images, brochures and instructions for use between the group's various subsidiaries. It isa fast and easy to use even for beginners and non technical people. Your data is always reachable, the only thing you need is an internet connexion
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation system as well as the download system could be better optimized. It takes too many clicks to get what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is mainly used to collect data needed to translate documentation from English into French without having to ask the group. As soon as documentation is available in English, it is uploaded onto a relay image and all the group's subsidiaries have access to it.

Image relay is easy to use even for beginners.

The collections are one of the most interesting part of image relay where we can choose specific photos from different folders and send a link to our partners
What do you dislike about the product?
In the previous version we could open many tabs, in this new version it is impossible to right click to open different tabs and for us it is a must as we are working on different folders ans hotels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main image gallery that we can easily share with our collegues, partners and clients.

Very easy to find what I need and share with the team.

It's only in English so it would be great to have in multiple languages in the future : )

I can have my vendors to access the image relay directly so I don't have to share the files when need, which makes my work much easier!
Helping sort fruit and vegetables
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create logical folders for images, logos and guidelines which was missing before we shifted our brand assets to Image Relay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always having to log in but then security is paramount with brand assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop for our customers and partners and people, who are seeking access to imagery and also the ability to ensure consistency of what is used where and how.
