Great Image Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy to use interface. I'm also a fan of the desktop upload application for quick uploads. I also like that you can download images in a variety of sizes and share collections with external partners with various user permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image upload application doesn't allow you to create folders, so I always have to create a folder ahead of time before using the application. I also wish there was a rating system to help filter image search results more quickly to get the best photos. I do also wish it supported video assets a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue Image Relay solves for us is having a centrally organized catalog that is accessible to our whole team across the U.S.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a good image asset management system, but don't need an enterprise DAM solution, Image relay is a good choice.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, and I like how it keeps everything in one central location. It's also nice that they have a chat function included. I've never needed to use it, but it's nice to know that I could if I was having difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a small amount of difficulty navigating around at first, but it was minor (I didn't realize I could navigate with the arrow keys!) Once I figured that out, I really haven't had any issues since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in higher ed, and this is how we organize all of our photos of events/students/etc for use by all the different offices. It's great because I know any photo I pick has been uploaded and ok'ed for distribution by our communications department. It just makes my job easier.
Intuitive digital asset manager that helps make communication between agency and clients a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I work at an ad agency and our large client uses image relay to help share collections of specific events, I love that I can search keywords and always find what i'm looking for and easily see details and data for the images before I download.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my own level of usage, Image Relay is meeting all of our needs. I saw a review that mentioned customizing the thumbnails which I also think is a great suggestion! I do find when I see a thumbnail and go to that folder to find it, I don't see it every time,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of visual organization and being able to have a simple login is so helpful, I can login anywhere without having to jump through hoops like connecting to servers or using an FTP!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really is a great space to store files and the usability and "lightness" of the site is great! Theres a lot of file hosting programs that look daunting and cluttered, Image Relay handles it with ease :)
Organized and Detailed Image Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay has a great folder system, which allows for very organized photo albums. It also supplies the opportunity to provide detailed information, descriptions and keywords on single images. This optimizes the system's search abilities and gives me an opportunity to store information that could be necessary when crediting an image.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Image Relay could improve their user interface. The design could be updated to give a more modern look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Image Relay to organize and store our photos to be used within our design products. We also use it to share image ideas within our team.
Image Relay - great way how to share everything you need
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is very intuitive, clear and easy to use. I appreciate the possiblitiy to donwload whole folder and it is zipped automatically. Moreover It is possible to choose the which quality to donwload, so when I need only small photos for presentation, I do not need to download higest quality photos, which would be very slow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any problems with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sharing documents and photos of our products which our supplier. The benefits is that it is very easy to get the newest information and photos immediately.

Being able to easily access a large quantity of stored images and information for my company makes it quick

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is super easy to use and intuitive for everyone at our company (so people actually use it!). It's streamlined and reduced image requests, allowing our graphic design team to focus on design and not have to deal with image requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say really. I do wish that it was easier to move files from one folder to a different one more easily. They should implement a drag and drop option for this.

We needed an easy way to share large files with international distributors, PR firm, and national sales team.
Efficiency at your finger tips
What do you like best about the product?
As soon as you access the website it is so easy to find what you are looking for. The layout of the website makes it simple to navigate from one page to the next and to either download to visualize, save or print content which is exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it since April 2015 and seen it improve year after year. There is honestly nothing I dislike about Image Relay!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay makes it easy for us to supply images, leaflets, information on products and instruction manuals to our customers. It is an invaluable resource for us as we are a manufacturing distributor and as such look after thousands of Canadian customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have the chance to use this wonderful tool without having to invest any money as we are part of a large group (one of 62 worldwide sales offices) and headquarters shares this with us. I am sure that it represents a worthwhile investment for any business.
Good product that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use for our employees around the world. I do not get any tech support questions on how to use the DAM, they seem to pick it up pretty quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easy way to link my local folders to IR and have instant updates. Sometimes I change a lot of content and tracking all the changes locally is near impossible. I also wish content with the same filename would overwrite existing and a way to mass email users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees around the world can use my content in the format they wish for their own local use. This saves so much time and I no longer have to respond to an influx of emails everyday and then send out huge files via another program one by one. The self-serve IR model is the way to go.

Value is almost unbeatable.
