Great tool for archiving a large number of photos for a small non-profit.
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay allows access to our multiple users that include our own staff, vendors and our design consultants who can easily access archived photos. This tool allows a good method of organizing our photos for multiple purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not quite an "open source" archiving tool. ie - you can not just grant access to staff members and expect them to follow the archiving protocols that you have established. Some training and communication is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Archiving photos and images for use in our multiple social media channels and our web site. This tool also helps our hired designers to find images for multiple marketing and outreach programs.

Easy to use, organize and create the nomenclature for files.

Nothing yet that I've come across during my time using Image Relay..

Awesome Service
What do you like best about the product?
East to customize folders and organization of images. The search function is also really nice. You can set expiration dates so you don't have to keep images forever. This is nice when working with large project that have a due date. Just delete them when the project is over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that the thumbnails load a tiny bit slow. But it's really not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing images between departments. It's an easy way to share high quality images between people from different parts of the organization. As the developer, it was easy to jump right in and grab the images that I needed for the project instead of hunting through countless emails and messages for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It's a great storage product for high quality assets.

Sometimes long load time.... Also exiting the preview feature is confusing

Easy to use, features are where you would expect them to be found, intuitive, seems like they spend a lot of time on user experience testing to make it work like the user would expect it to
What do you dislike about the product?
It does what my team needs it to do. I wouldn't say there's anything that is negative, other than maybe making it more conducive to file sharing in the sense of PDFs and documents as well as high file size videos

Helps us with organizing our inventory of photos and keeps us organized; eliminates duplication of images in our company folders; gets our high file size images off our company server and onto a better management tool that allows tagging, searching, filing, etc.
A User-Friendly, Organized Solution
What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager, Image Relay makes my job so much easier. Being able to easily search and sort through our photo library allows me to know what imagery I can use, how I can use it, and provide me with multiple options for downloading the assets, all while keeping things extremely organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with Image Relay and the ways in which I use it day to day, but given the structure of our marketing team, it would be great if Image Relay could integrate with the other apps we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is the best way to keep track of imagery we've purchased, and helps me know immediately how an image can be used, when it can be used, and so much more. The organization helps cut down on the number of emails back and forth between the creative team and our Photo Editor.
Easy to sort through and archive our photos.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to sort through, categorize, tag and archive all our photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't select a photo when you are in the loupe (single-image) mode.

It helps me look through dozens of photos for our website.
Easy & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use designs provides a smooth, user-friendly interface for the most efficient browsing within ImageRelay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little negative to say. The platform has always met my needs as far as downloading images and browsing. Perhaps a more efficient way to drag&drop images into folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing images throughout the corporation has never been so easy...plus you are able to download hi-res without any trouble.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. If you are in need of a fast and easy way to share photos within a business, this is the tool for you. You are not only able to browse thousands of images very quickly, but you are able to download a hi-res version with ease.
Nice, clean, easy to use file management system!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Image Relay on a weekly basis to provide our company's licensee's the creative files they need to advertise with. This system is the best method I know for doing this. I've tried other similar systems like dropbox, but it doesn't compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps a drag and drop system for moving files from one folder to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of giving licensees access to our corporate files, and other materials easily and quickly without any learning curb at their end.
Simple, Easy to use & Fantastic for a B2B platform!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the simplest & most easy to use platform I have ever seen. Very simple to create collections & send them or share them. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could choose the size of images that I have on my screen or wish that I could adjust that so that I could see more or less at any given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing Catalogs with customers. Sharing large image files with customers (hi-res photography) that previously we had to use another (drop-box or similar) for. Other systems required customers to have their software or a log in.
