Great Tool for all
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and much more efficient. You can easily classify and share your assets

Sometime if connection is slow, it became stressful and can't copy and paste image in any platform

Nice experience in using Image Relay.

Easy to use. Different image resolution to choose. The classification.

So far so good. Very much par to my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much more convenient to select and download image files for offices in different regions. The classification is clear and easy to find. Different image resolution to choose, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the most reason I like Image Relay is because the technical staff call me by my Chinese name, so lovely! Haha. Seems we are close friends and the build the trust.
Perfect for sharing assets with a team and dealers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast it is to quickly share images/working files with my team through collections. You can also choose formats to download your assets which makes it super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much I dislike about Image Relay, downloads are usually lightning fast and even the largest files are processed fairly quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We not only have to share images and working files with our team, but also with many different dealers worldwide. Being able to select what certain brands see and don't see is super beneficial
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to share image assets and working files with a large team, there is no better way

What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is a very simple to use tool, that has all the functionality you would need to professionally manage, and share your marketing literature and media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks a bit of customization in areas like hiding the side/info panel when a pdf or other item is shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to find an easy way to manage and share our marketing resources with our sales reps.
Image Relay is Fast and Well Organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a contractor with access to a client's ImageRelay library of imagery. The client has set it up nicely — which is the key — and the layers of authentication for download are a nice feature for photographers. I find it to be fast, easy and a totally reliable way to manage a database of images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a whole lot to dislike about ImageRelay. It's simple and fast, and highly customizable. Again, like any photo database resource, you have to put in the work to organize your own files the right way, but once you do that, ImageRelay is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing multiple photos to build and source for webpage creation.
Excellent DAMS for Use by Internal and External Constituents
What do you like best about the product?
Permission based access, providing different access to internal and external constituents; easy navigation; files can live in multiple folders; users can replace a file with a newer version without changing the file location, fold structure, collection, etc.; powerful search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions are based on specific folders, not individual files, so you can’t restrict certain files within a folder that otherwise has greater permission levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the amount of email requests to the Marketing team looking for logos, photos, videos, etc. Easy way to provide digital assets to our dealers and distributors. Collections store commonly used assets in one place, making it easy to share over and over again.

We have so many systems that we use on a regular basis, but Image Relay is the one that we actually ENJOY using.

We deliver global content to over 30 markets, and have over a hundred users of our library. Everyone loves how easy Image Relay is to use, and minimal training is required. The Image Relay team is super responsive, and always willing to help our team with any and all of our requests.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's always some other functionality that I have on my wishlist, but the Image Relay team is very receptive to my feedback, and often times adds more functionality to their dev list based off what my wants and needs are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Image Relay to manage our e-commerce asset needs with retailers, which has been a huge solution to figuring out how to efficiently organize the asset needs of 35 markets globally, all with different flavors, packaging, etc. Additionally, we treat Image Relay as a help-yourself asset bank for markets around the globe, freeing up our content team to focus on development of new assets, rather than finding existing assets upon request.
We also use Image Relay as a delivery system for our production partners. It eliminates the tedious download/re-upload process that occurs when assets are delivered via Hightail or Dropbox. We ask our vendors to deliver our assets directly to Image Relay, and then organize them ourselves. It's a huge timesaver.

Easy Image Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create collections and share them with co-workers or with outside partners. I also love that you can sign in from any location and access your folders and collections. The ability to provide links to outside sources that have expiration dates is also a nice way to share photo assets without worrying about links to your image files being used when they shouldn't be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature could use a little refining, when using collections, you are not able to search by collection name, only by date of creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use image relay to organize all of our internal photo assets. It is easy to access from anywhere, secure, and allows you many organizational options.
Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay helps me and my co-workers by making sure we're all working with the latest documents and images. The new layout is great!

Sending links to other employees can be tedious soemtimes

We're ensuring everyone is working with the same material. It cuts down on over-communication

My client was able to make theur assets easy available to their customers.

Using a cloud-based asset management system saves time and money. Image Relay happens to do it wonderfully.
