Great tool that I use everyday
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses image relay to store and categorize all of our images we use for our brand marketing collateral. Having this tool allows for easy team access and collaboration and makes image sourcing seamless. What I love best is how I can search and find exactly what I need in a matter of seconds, vs spending unnecessary time searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the load time can be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use image relay to categorize and manage our digital assets within the team. I like how it is customizable to our needs and the tagging / description features are a huge help for everyone on the team.
Great Resource for Marketing Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Having available content for our marketing campaigns is very helpful. Downloads are quick and easy and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the ease of use of this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding quick resources for our marketing campaigns is the biggest asset of this program.

Great product!
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface. Visually appealing. We were first introduced to this software by a client and it has been a lifesaver. They can upload images that they want us to use and can organize it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much. Sometimes the image associated with the folder isn't correct, but I think that is a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to exchange images with clients, and easily download assets. It has been a real time saver. If our client doesn't want us to use an image any more they simply remove it from ImageRelay and upload new ones. And they can label folder accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an easy way to distribute assets among people/employees while limiting who has access to information. I would definitely recommend it.
Intuitive and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is easy to use and does a great job of keeping of assets organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish I could download directly from a collection; wish it was easier to add keywords quickly to photos (takes too many clicks each time)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to store large sizes of assets easily and organized. I also like that you can share selected photos with non-users (who don't need an account), this is helpful when selecting photos when multiple people's opinions are needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We save several photos in numerous folders and use the system across multiple users. Overall, the platform works really well for us. I tried to upload photos once and wasn't very successful, but someone else on our team usually does this so once you learn, it shouldn't be that difficult. I also like that you can share selected photos with non-users, this is helpful when selecting photos when multiple people's opinions are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is very user-friendly and intuitive. It makes organizing and selecting images for current and future use a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load time lags a little from time-to-time. It's not often a problem, but occasionally frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Image Relay to download images provided from a vendor without having to select everything and sort myself. It is a quick visit to the site to search and find what I need.

Being able to upload many images in unique folders and sub-folders. Easily searchable. Fast!

Time it takes to upload and waiting for images to render.

It's a great way to keep all your images and video in one area for the team to access.
Image Relay - A review
What do you like best about the product?
The sleek interface, it is very easy to use, great on mobile devices or desktop. It's more then just an image download service because you are also able to add information to each image. I use Image Relay because a supplier hosts their images there and I love how much product information is attached to each image I search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting product information (the information attached to each image) as a spreadsheet would also be very useful. Our supplier has thousands of products set up on Image Relay. It would be nice if I could download all of the info into a spreadsheet, with one column linking to the image on Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our supplier has literally thousands of products, image relay is a great way to search for specific products and find information on said products.
An Excellent Image Sharing Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I find image relay extremely intuitive to use, as do my dealer accounts. It's a simple and effective way to provide them with the content they need, and has excellent flexibility in terms of creating custom folders for individuals, when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything about Image Relay works brilliantly - anything missing is more a question of us clearing up our content than anything else!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, the problem that Image Relay solves for me is primarily getting content to dealers in an accessible and clear manner. It does this brilliantly, and allows people to add current product information and images to their website, which in turn results in sales growth.
Great solution for asset management

Always having access to the latest version of a file.

Hard to access when not inside my company firewall.

Centralizing all creative assets for internal designers and agencies.

Easy Enough for Everyone to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The IR team is constantly striving to make the product better. Their knowledge base is useful, and their support staff is responsive. The product is easy to use—which helps increase our adoption rate; since there is no steep learning curve or complicated procedures for the average user.
What do you dislike about the product?
IR certainly isn't the cheapest option out there. The folder organization options could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IR is a great place to keep photos from all of our jobs — it helps our partners disseminate resources to our entire team.
