Easy to use, great time saver
What do you like best about the product?
IR allows me to create and update collections to send to clients when its a case of a picture is worth a 1000 words! Ease of use both for me and the recipient is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any dislikes where Image Relay is concerned - its a great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre-selected collections of images which can immediately be sent out to clients with similar needs, but also quickly edited when something needs to be added or deleted.

This is a great time saver for me.

Image Relay is extremely easy to use and makes it easy to find/organize files.

Haven't really found anything I dislike about the software yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing amongst a large number of people and keeping those files organized in an efficient manner.
A wonderful tool for sharing images between teams, clients, and vendors
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay provides an incredibly fluid user interface that lets you quickly create and share folders of hi-res (large file size) images. It becomes a go-to repository for anyone on your team who requires access. General folders can be created along with project specific ones and you can download images one at a time or all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have encountered is not being able to download an entire containing folder with all of the nested subfolders inside of it. At the root level it would be helpful to download everything all at once instead of tackling each subfolder one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of sharing image resources across teams with people who may not have access to a shared server.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and intuitive for "techy" and "non-techy" people alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes files that are uploaded as JPEGs or XLSs can only be shared as PDFs unless they are downloaded a certain way and this can get confusing for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to share files with remote users as our business is stretched across many states and countries.
One place to keep us organized
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized and easy to find. As part of a bigger buying group, image relay makes finding our marketing materials easy and keeps us organized without overwhelming us. I love that items are even sub-categorized into "print", "digital", and son on. This makes it faster to find what I'm looking for when I'm in a rush to get something online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little frustrating to answer "What are you using this image for" every time I download. I wish there was a button that you could click rather than typing in my answer every time. Even a "don't show me this again" button would work. I understand asking why we're using the image, but it's a little overkill to ask EVERY TIME.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having easy access to web ready photos and marketing materials. It's a one stop shop for our online marketing images.This doesn't take up any space on our hard drives and we can essentially access this anywhere we have internet connection. We don't have to create our own images or marketing materials. They are all in one spot that can be used by multiple users.

I think Image relay is useful and helps us keep organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Our in-house creative team manages multiple brands. Not only does Image Relay save us so much time sourcing and sharing assets, it also provides an incredibly intuitive UI, extreme flexibility, and responsive customer support team. We can easily set different permission sets for different types of users, which is great when we can’t cross-pollinate certain assets. It keeps everything clear and organized. We were even able to customize thumbnails to keep things understandable at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is little not to like in terms of daily use of the software. Perhaps I'd suggest some quick tutorials and content on governance and improving search - that is the nut to crack!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity! We save time, which saves money. We are able to be nimble and responsive with our clients and while shortening turnaround time.

There's isn't really anything I dislike about Image Relay
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales team no longer has to ask the graphic team for images. Now, we can retrieve images independently & send them to our customers ASAP.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a client receiving content through Image Relay. It's easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It does what I need it to do with minimum fuss.

It delivers large amounts of date for me to select from and download. Quick and easy.

Perfect for selecting the data (in my case magazine photos and articles) you need from a large amount all displayed well.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use, customisable interface that can be used with little or no instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no down sides to the system for our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sue Image Relay for syndication of our brands and distribution of assets.This has enabled us to stop supplying individual assets to customers and partners via numerous methods saving time and money.
