Easy to use and High Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay works great for accessing images from vendors. The downloads work fast and images are of high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like to have to describe what I am doing with every image that I download. Is there a way that you can see that my account has been accessed and I can have an all-purpose answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love knowing that not only are my digital files, product images, logos, and documents in one location, but all my product information is on the same platform. It makes my eComm production delivery simple. The product information isn't on some spreadsheet on my desktop or the server floundering in space.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is not having this tool 5 years ago! This is a game-changer cause if you're not first, you're last.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our product images and product information in one place, we are more efficient and quicker at delivering our assets.

Image Relay is a solid solution for managing assets. Its easy to manage and set up user and sharing content with people outside the company is a breeze!!!!

Love the ease of use. Wish you could change the order of images in collections.

It's very user friendly. Easy to share, upload, tag, and store photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be somewhat glitchy at times. Sometimes I'm unable to download my own photos, for seemingly no reason.

It's great to be able to keep photos organized, with easy access and easy search capabilities.

Love the option for having multiple folders in our library as well as the ease of sharing single images or collections with non-users.

I dislike nothing................................
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all employees need to see all images we house, so the option of creating folders and giving users access to specific folders has been a great timesaver for us as an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure or organize from the start and use the tagging/key word feature. But, also, know that if you need to re-organize later, you can do that! They make it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive to set up and start using right away. The staff is quick to respond to questions and offer their expertise. The system is alway improving and we like that it works with other apps like zapier and youtube.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a way to rename files in the program.

Image Relay is incredibly user friendly. Managing and sharing for both internal and external audiences is incredibly easy to do, and allows for easy navigation between folders.

Program is intuitive and do not have too many dislikes. They are just personal preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to constantly share large files with other companies. Image Relay allows us to share externally, in an organized way, to external audiences through a simple link that does not require log-ins.
Easily find branding assets with a beautiful, intuitive interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Very well organized / easy to navigate. The interaction and feedback of uploading / sending files etc. is satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat box / icon on the bottom right tends to be annoying.

I work as a remote contractor with a larger company that has many brands and brand assets. Image Relay has allowed me to access photos, logos, brand books easily - from anywhere.

This is a great asset for any large company with a large amount of assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of image relay is really important to find to resources I need for my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when I have a group of a specific profile pic of all spa units and one or two units do not offer the same profile option of that one or two spas. It may offer a pic showing a different profile of that spa unit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image relay solves the issue of finding digital resources and ideas to incorporate into the use of all digital platforms we use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are so many features to image relay. I used all of the functions as it relates to our business but I encourage everyone to dig deep to see how image relay can work for you.
Great place to store images to share with our dealers
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. It also has a nice and professional look to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have a non password protected guest access to make it easier for our dealers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This lets us share all of our product images with all of our dealers. No more old days of sending CDs.
