One of the best
What do you like best about the product?
Image relay is extremely simple to use. It Uses common sense to help the user to navigate through folders and if you can't find what you are looking for. The search works perfectly by using keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike. I haven't run into any problems trying to use Image relay. I always seem to find what I need quickly and I am able to accurately work my way through the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to navigate or search through image relay to successfully download files needed.
Great tool to share documents with external partners
What do you like best about the product?
I like the share function for each folder, great to allow access to external partners
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function. We have to type style numbers one by one to be able to create a collection....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share heavy PDF document, through a platform that is branded with our name
Game Changer for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Flight has been instrumental in organizing all our assets so that our communication team and our sales force can find marketing materials, PowerPoints, videos and photos in minutes. It is such a huge leap from a clunky intranet site to the simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI experience like icons, where buttons are on the site could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing assets in a simple and easy manner, keeping assets accurate because of better visibility, working better with teams, sharing across multiple platforms in multiple languages, organization, communication.

The simplicity, easy to navigate & download assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be the client not image relay its self they do not label their folders correctly

On my client's end they solved the issue regarding access of resources for their vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize marketing and branding materials and sharing files with co-workers, employees, and third parties. Canto is very user-friendly and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when you have required fields in the upload window, but you cannot see them all just by scrolling, you have to click the arrow to see additional fields. If you don't know they are there, you don't know they are mandatory until you click upload and get an error message. The portal is a great feature and way of sharing a selection of content without sharing all your assets, but it needs updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital asset management. We currently have files in SharePoint, Dropbox, and HubSpot. Here, all of our assets are in one place and organized with thumbnails and search features making it really easy to find what you are looking for. We also use the portal feature which has become our brand portal where employees can find everything they need to create a consistent brand for our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Canto has made filing, sharing, and organizing files for our company so much easier! The customer service has also been great; they are very receptive to feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the software to meet their customer's needs. There are a lot of similar solutions out there, but for the price, this is one of the best.
Using Image Relay on a Daily Basis
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload, organize, and share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to drag and drop. It would be great to be able to copy new versions of the same file and have them duplicate instead of reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for everything related to content. Photo and video sharing, organizing, cataloguing and more. We share photos and video outside our company in collections on a daily basis. I'm uploading new photos or video daily to send them out to partners as well as internally to get them to our sales team and graphic designers.

Makes content sharing a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the file organization and ability to find images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to scroll image to image. I would love to have a video converter as well. Having apple videos makes it hard to embed them into a powerpoint or other windows product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing sell sheets, and print images to myself and distributors.

Good for sharing files and images.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can search for photos based on tags. Even if I don't know the exact tags of a photo I can still find the asset based on what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first became a user it was hard for me to go back to the previous pages because there was no clear back button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our business works with dealers and a lot of departments use assets we are making everyones lives easier by uploading our assets and having them available to certain dealers and departments.

Very user friendly and much more efficient. You can easily classify and share your assets

Sometime if connection is slow, it became stressful and can't copy and paste image in any platform

It's much more convenient to select and download image files for offices in different regions. The classification is clear and easy to find. Different image resolution to choose, etc.

I think the most reason I like Image Relay is because the technical staff call me by my Chinese name, so lovely! Haha. Seems we are close friends and the build the trust.
