Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay helps me and my co-workers by making sure we're all working with the latest documents and images. The new layout is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending links to other employees can be tedious soemtimes

We're ensuring everyone is working with the same material. It cuts down on over-communication

Easy to use and very reliable. Got our whole library up and running in a few days.

Would be nice if it kept you logged in for a bit longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client was able to make theur assets easy available to their customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using a cloud-based asset management system saves time and money. Image Relay happens to do it wonderfully.
I find IR pretty easy to use, and the support available just a chat or email away is very helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a fairly new user to Image Relay, I often have questions - I can reach out to the support team via chat and get a quick response (sometimes immediate!), which is super-helpful!

I honestly haven't found much to dislike -
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IR as a database to house all our photography from various pieces of collateral - it's awesome to be able to just search by a tag word or name.

All of our images and collateral are organized in a centralized place and its easy to share with colleagues or external vendors.

It can sometimes take awhile to upload images.

All of our images and collateral are organized in a centralized place and its easy to share with colleagues or external vendors. Finding images and collateral is as simple as a few clicks or can be found via the search bar.
A easy and efficient way to share and promote images to press

I like being able to compile imagery into a folder and also share direct links for one or more images

I dislike the side menu bar fuctionality

We share all of our PR imagery directly with journalists and partners as well as press material, releases and press packs.

If you're looking for a fast and easy way to share important documents, imagery and collateral that is secure, this is the perfect programme.

- I like the ease of being able to share assets to who you want.
- I like the ability to create my own collection of assets and be able to share and collaborate with other members of the team.

- I often have problems when downloading assets that once the link is sent to my email it is corrupt and does not work.

a great place to share files with vendors as well as giving one place to upload company assets to be able to work remotely.

What do you dislike about the product?
-I wish there was a computer where that I could copy/paste files into for super quick send off of files that I might not need to permanently archive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-The company I work with uses this to load sell sheets and images so they're accessible to all sales people. This makes my job easier because I can search for what I need myself and get it instantly instead of going to them and waiting to hear back.

- Sometimes keywords/descriptions get lost while batch uploading items

- Share final assets and source files in between the design team as well as with colleagues from other departments or agencies
Image Relay Simplifies My Life Daily
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay makes it easy for me to share our company images with customers very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library shifted to a new format recently, but I am learning it and liking it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make it easier for my customers to reach our company logos to create personalized marketing tools for the trade by sending them to our Image Relay page. This speeds up the process of getting marketing tools in people's hands.
