What do you like best about the product?
IR is flexible, reliable, and easy to use.

Not the best solution to two click file sharing.

IR has helped us with organization and distribution. It has streamlined our sharing workflow be giving us an easy way to keep deliverables organized.
Great Image Site

Easy to use folders to organize large libraries of images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could also have an editing feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the problem of trying to find brand specific images and videos. We need to use this site to organize our businesses photos not just using the site to access the brand specific images.

Really is easy to use and figure out. Large amounts of storage to hold tons of pics/videos

Well it is very easy to use . I can get a hold of the materials within easy reach and don't need too much navigation.

I haven't found anything that I dislike at this point

It is easier for us to distribute our marketing materials to our franchisees . Particularly for our International markets

Providing access to digital media to dozens of stakeholders across the globe. Helps keep everyone updated and consistent.

Its simple yet advanced and very easy to use. Managing and sharing content for our company is a tedious task but once organized Image Relay makes it very easy to update and distribute our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it was the use on a mobile device or tablet but the new version has resolved this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great platform for us to securely share and distribute our data and information with many different types of people such as distributors, sales reps, media, and internally as well. We can control and manage everyone's access level.

BEST DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Everything is right in front of you. No scrolling or deep searching for your assets. Also really enjoy the new refining tools. Makes it way easier to find what you are looking for. Sharing is also a very easy task now. Having the ability to send your email right in Image Relay without having to leave the page makes life way easier especially when sharing on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really enjoy using IR even more than I do now if there was an app for mobile. I find myself in situations where I need to send a folder or asset and I am no where near a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share assets with less than 5 clicks.
Storing images made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to access images and when we have to update an image it can be done quickly. We also save our brochures and advertising that makes it easy to share with other Hanna Instruments offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love the new version and how easy it is to use.

I like that the program is user friendly and easy to keep updated.

Honestly I find this program easy to learn and easy to use so nothing to dislike here.

We are keeping our team up to date with our most current information and images for them to use as selling tools. More of an understanding of our products.
Image Relay is a good tool for photo organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is an easy way to organize photo files in a cloud space so that it doesn't take up space on my computer drives. It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. Being able to tag names and titles on the photos is also extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who works with video, Image Relay is not ideal for video storage and organization because the time it takes to upload and download video files from Image Relay is too long. I wouldn't normally even want to store video files on Image Relay, but my company uses it for photos and initially asked me to try with video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to sort through a ton of photos to find what we are looking for in specific - for example: people, companies, places, etc. is easily solved with the tagging feature.

Image Relay is very easy to use: easy to upload assets, easy to organize, easy to share, easy to search.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update solved a few issues. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we stored all our digital assets on our servers, and it was a mess. IR allowed us to get organized and makes it easy to stay organized. Anyone in the organization can easily find our current logos, brand standards, or packaging imagery. Our food photography and historical company photos are now stored in one place and easily searched.
