Sr Sales Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the how easy sharing of a link in emails to share files. It is also a great place for storing all images in one central location. Compared to Amplifi, this allows you to search images without the exact file name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Simple to use. Just enter in the item # and all colorways appear if posted!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to send images to a customer and they can download them easily!
Image Relay is user friendly, affordable, evolving and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to use this platform for staff and external members is fantastic plus it allows different security levels and Single Sign-on capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to say what I dislike as Image Relay is quick to take recommendations and make the system better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our graphic department to merely create one image and from that one image a member can automatically download the type of graphic image that best suites their needs. It also allows for us to store large files that can be arranged so different levels of individuals can see and work with different folders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other companies, but I think you will come back to Image Relay.
Easily Organize Assets for Global Distribution
What do you like best about the product?
As a video editor, I frequently find myself having to manage 100+ versions of the same asset for global delivery in numerous languages and formats for different platforms. It's really easy enough to set up a separate folder for each file, but with Image Relay's tagging and keywording system, I can trust that someone can easily find them based on commonly used tags, no matter how deep in the file structure the file might be. Being able to sort files based on a region tag is extremely useful. On the uploading side I can create a spreadsheet with file names and tags and use that to tag all of my assets instead of doing them individually. Huge timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a folder on my local machine that I could copy/paste files into for super quick send off of files that I might not need to permanently archive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, I would have to point to the ability to sort hundreds of seemingly identical files for global distribution with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The IR team is awesome to work with and super responsive. They take suggestions well, listen to needs of an organization, and come up with effective solutions.

Ease of building shareable collections, Folders, or just individual photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large files can sometimes be slow to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily archiving of thousands of photo assets, being able to find them easily, and share photos, collections, or whole files in an instant with a single person, group, or organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are multiple ways of sorting and finding the different images and files I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The redesigned layout is really confusing. It used to be a lot more simple to get to a specific subfolder but now you have to click through a bunch of options first. Thankfully there's still a search feature so I tend to use that a lot more often now even though it doesn't always pull the exact result I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My vendor uses this to load sell sheets and images so they're accessible to all sales people. This makes my job easier because I can search for what I need myself and get it instantly instead of going to them and waiting to hear back. I'm sure it also makes their lives easier as they don't have to field as many requests now.

The ability to share high quality files and images with multiple parties
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing is the files expire if you don't save them but I'd consider that a minor detail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Image Relay to share images and pictures with customers and vendors. Over the past year we've been onboarding some of our products with Bed, Bath & Beyond among other retailers and have used Image Relay a # of times to share images of our product and send back and forth with our graphic designers.
Seamless asset management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy and timesaving it is to assemble and share assets with teams outside the organization. Working as a team, it's so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing jumps to mind. I've found ImageRelay to be very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partnerships, promotions etc all require assets, logos, etc. It's easy to track, make sure updated assets are provided and also to create collections to use over and over.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Image Relay for our location scouting and photography delivery needs for several years. As Image Relay has grown, we feel they have listened to how things would work better for us when turning our jobs in to our clients and that the interface has been tailored to really work for us. Image Relayfeels very accessible to us and we are really happy with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We shopped around and they have always been very accessible. When there is something that we don't like we bring it up with them and they take it in to consideration as they grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Image Relay as our photo delivery system for clients. It's very easy and professional.

The ability to manage permissions for different user groups

It's like any database where if you are disorganized in file input it can be hard to use the search feature

In a large company where everyone has a different need for photo assets this is a great tool to manage everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay works best for me when sending links to different clients. I can build a file based on what products the particular customer purchases and it will deliver a link that the customer can choose what format works best for them. No more returned emails asking me to make images smaller or bigger etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program depends on someone internally uploading the images in a timely manner. Its our own internal issue but it would be great if when images were shot for catalogs etc, that it was a requirement that they be uploaded to Image Relay at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you have large files such as catalogs, we could never send directly to Reps. We would have to scan and make PDF which killed the quality. With Image Relay you can import a whole catalog and then send your representative a link, they can access directly with no loss in quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assign the uploading of images and maintenence as part of someones specific job. Image Relay works great when it is fed properly.
