What do you like best about the product?
Client support is responsive and the team have shown agility in order to help cater to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos appear low-res when previewed within the tool, which causes some issues when being previewed by a client in terms of feedback / expectations around video quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating RSS feeds from folders on Image Relay, streamlining our delivery process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Higher resolution of previewing of assets
More attractive aesthetic to the DAM

The fact that I can download files in multiple formats.

I wish I could easily duplicate and rename files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay allows us to give limited access to images to our sales reps and full access to our internal team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to organize images and other assets. Allows creative people to spend less time hunting down images for others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the people at Image Relay are very responsive to suggestions. If theres a function I wish they had, I suggest it, and they listen. Some of the functions have been added already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could sync to an external drive, for easier organization. But this is something I've brought up, and they're looking into it for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to share photos, securely over the web. The ability to share a PW protected link, with expiration date has been very helpful to keep our photos in the right hands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Image Relay is a great tool to archive your photo collections, and create an easy way to retrieve them. I'd recommend Image Relay to anyone looking for a place to securely store your finished images, for easy access, and to easily share.
Image Relay helps make my day-to-day design tasks easier and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
• Easy to share download links with clients to access design files. I use this on a weekly basis with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
• Easy to find images I need - especially if keywords are properly filled out. Saves a lot of time from not having to search through folders upon folders that only take up room on your computer.
• No maximum size restrictions.
• Easy to navigate with the folder structures (if client has organized properly.. ha).
• Responsive design incase I need to view or download something on my phone.

What do you dislike about the product?
• Would like to be able to upload a customized folder thumbnail image without having to choose from images inside the folder - just so I can customize my IR as much as possible. :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most FTP sites have a maximum size restrictions for sending files - or you need an account to download them. Image Relay makes it easy to share with ANYONE and all they have to do is press the link.
Saves room on my computer by keeping files off of it. And I can access files from any computer.
We use IR will all of our main clients and it's helpful to have all assets in one place.
Other clients are still using other forms of FTP sites and I find them not as easy to navigate. Too many steps involved in getting to your final destination.
I like that you can share collections and the receiver doesn't HAVE to have a Image Relay account to be able to view them.

It may be intimidating to see at first, but it's really easy to use once familiar.
The site has changed a lot over the last 5 years, I could almost use a demo myself to keep updated with all the new features and options.
Image Relay really tries to keep up with growing trends to keep their interface looking current and polished. And new features are always being added to meet user demands. It really is a one stop shop for asset management and storage.
Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful. They really care about their customers. :-)

Easy to use, great design.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Everything is really simply laid out and it's super easy to find what you need, organize what you're uploading, share folders and files, etc. The search function works really well, and you can search by file type, which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing! Sometimes I've noticed that it compresses photos so that they appear lower quality in the preview. It can lead me to believe that the photo is low-resolution when it isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with our clients. It's great how easy it is to keep everything organized and keyworded for easy searching.
THE Digital Asset Management System to have.
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is dead simple to use, train staff members on, and is affordable. I like that I can easily browse it on my phone or tablet, share a link to an asset or download it to my mobile device to post on social media, etc. I also love that it doesn't bankrupt me, so many other DAM's are too costly and lack the features that Image Relay has. I've now rolled this system out at three ski resorts and could not imagine a workflow without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could link it to my companies Microsoft Active Directory for SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a ski resort with many photographers and video editors, that team of content creators is hard to wrangle assets from and even harder to store them in. Now, we just grant access to Image Relay, allow them to upload and then we take care of the photo tagging and organization. Also, we have many internal departments that were accustomed to searching archaic shared servers across our organization for images. Now, we simply grant them access to Image Relay and they are free to search, download and share assets that they have been given the rights to use.

Shop around, you'll quickly realize that Image Relay is a fantastic value.

I love how simple and easy the upload/download features are. I also love the collections aspect because it is great for groups and sharing!

There is nothing I don't like. It has all the features that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the runaround and constant asking for images from other teams members. Everyone can go look on Image Relay first and the image us usually there which save the art department from emailing every image.

Haven't seen many updates and some areas of the application are not as feature rich as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates easy organization and access to my companies files. We're able to easily direct employees working from various locations, one central location for document/file access.
Solid digital asset management
What do you like best about the product?
My company was already using Image Relay when I joined 18 months ago. Since then, Image Relay has rolled out a number of improvements to the user interface, which I appreciate. One of my most used features is providing a branded link to our files for external partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search function doesn't pull up the files I would expect it to. However, it may have more to do with our naming and tagging system than Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to story media and documents.
