Smart design, easy to use, very helpful product

What do you like best about the product?
Canto has been great for organizing and backing up my growing library of video content. Being able to search for, preview, and download my clips from anywhere has been extremely helpful when creating content on the go. The setup process was pretty simple, and I was uploading content within a matter of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of features that I have not delved into yet because they just don't fit my organization's needs in our current state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to view and download my content on the fly, without having to open up a laptop and insert an external hard drive. Previously, I was not backing up videos to the cloud, so it is a good safety net to have underneath.

Perfect for my team

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create our own folders/albums in the way that makes sense for our team has been really helpful. We also utlize the portals a lot for outside contractors etc. and this has been great for sharing assets. Canto has helped our team become very organized, and we spend a lot less time navigating for files or asking others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve that takes some getting used to. Sharing links, uploading to specific folders, and tagging. These things have taken a bit of time for our team to get used to but with training from our Canto reps we've been able to become more familiar with the platform and are using it more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organzation of all our files has been create. Whether it's for social media, print assets, educational powerpoints etc. we have a strong folder tree where everything lives and can navigate through easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most to you about Canto is its user-friendly interface. The ease of navigation makes it effortless to find and manage digital assets, saving you time and streamlining your workflow. With Canto's intuitive design, you can focus on creating and collaborating without the hassle of complex systems

I wish there was a way to integrate with my website so wwhen images expire they would be updated automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
When searching for a new solution for digital asset management, we needed a partner who could meet our requirements at an attractive price while being easy to implement and manage. Cantu not only delivered on all fronts but exceeded our expectations. Their support and customer service have been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that we had not found them sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cantu enables us to store and share our digital assets both internally and externally, significantly streamlining our workflow and enhancing collaboration across teams.

I love Canto!

What do you like best about the product?
My company has multiple brands in our parent company and we do a lot of private branding. It is easy for me to house all assets under one roof but have them grouped by brand
What do you dislike about the product?
I use upload link multiple times a day to send to my overseas team. I know that canto sends a link to their email, but when communicating with them it is easier to paste the link in the body of an email. it is a pain to have to edit the upload link just to copy it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having an easy way to view and find assets. It makes my life easier organizing dozens of brands in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Canto's facial recognition feature. It's very accurate and can pick a small face out of the background of a photograph and still identify them. They also have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin navigation is a little clunky (or I just don't know the best way to use it yet).

For example, when I create a link to share a selection of photos it seems like the only way to find that link again is by creating another link and choosing "existing links". There should just be a list of links somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is a centralized place for team members to upload their photos. Links can be accessed by anyone, in or outside of our company, so it's preferable to any built-in Microsoft solutions.

If we didn't have Canto, we'd probably use a folder on SharePoint which would cause a lot of permissions issues and storage capacity issues. Canto also has any easy search feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Canto does a great job of helping us manage files. Photos, videos, and documents are shared easily and affectively. As a content creator, it's a useful tool to help me work with customers and business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin side can be a bit cumbersome. My company creates a large amount on content and sometimes it is difficult to access exactly what people are looking for in Canto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto helps us stay organized. Content management is key for us. We have a large amount of content to manage and Canto keeps us on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Generally a pretty flexible platform - we've used Canto to publish and share content pretty effectively for an international audience. File management is intuitive for backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations around amount of "power users" and some workarounds were needed to ensure effective team use (upload and sharing privileges).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs for Canto include filesharing, content publishing (mass distribution), and asset management for segmented audiences (by language and geography)

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is a user-friendly and flexible platform that made organizing our digital assets quick and easy, resulting in one of the smoothest integrations into our team processes. The support staff is always ready to assist with any questions or issues. Canto has a well-designed and intuitive UX, easily integrates with our third-party platforms, and allows us to enrich our assets with metadata and attributes. Additionally, creating portals has proven beneficial for our partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canto offers many great features, I wish the customization of content and the ability to create templates were more robust. Additionally, the search feature is not always intuitive, which can make finding specific assets a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the WordPress plugin is not really functional for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto has significantly improved our ability to organize and manage our digital assets, including branded assets and product resources. It provides a centralized location where our staff and business partners can easily access and distribute these materials. The platform's efficient organization tools ensure that everyone has quick access to the resources they need, streamlining our workflows and enhancing collaboration.
