What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization that Canto provides for all of our assets. I also appreciate the open lines of communication for when I run into roadblocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup for Canto is a huge time commitment, so there is some upfront heavylifting that is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing photography assets from professional photoshoots. Being able to search for images is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! You can figure out the system without long tutorials. It's very intuitive, utilizes meta, easy to send assets to people outside your company. I love that our agency partners have access as well and can easily search for images using key words.

The implementation process was great. We had our own Librarian, James, and he was there for us every step of the way. His customer support is awesome. He helped set everything up, answer questions, organize and streamline.

I use Image Relay every day. I couldn't image not having it and trying to organize everything in google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is we can't syndicate using Image Relay and need to utilize other tools. I'd love an all in one option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organzining of assets, sharing with partners, sales support2, cataloges for customers

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is amazing. Once you are working within Canto, it is incredibly easy to use and overall very intuitive. But honestly, my favorite part about Canto? The customer service!! Holy Cow. Hand in hand the entire way, I have never felt more supported. Great suggestions, quick to answer questions.. working with this team is a DREAM!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there have been absolutely zero downsides of Canto. We are loving every minute of it and the multiple ways it is serving our business and customers. Thanks Canto!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick it is to pull up images, the storing and organization options, and the face recognition AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface is not intuitive. For example, when typing in a search term Canto will often select another phrase or term and remove what I typed. Then instead of 'search' or 'enter' it has a save button which we never use.

Another odd bit is the selection options; when you select an image, it has the option to select all, but no option to deselect. You have to hit select all before the deselect option is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is great at pulling up relevant images and content (as long as we remember to tag!) and is amazing at recognizing faces. The AI facial recognition ability is seriously amazing and has been able to pull up photos from albums we would not have thought of or didn't notice the person was in those shots.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to prevent users from accessing restricted images until a certain date. Convenient place for our approved imagery to live.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for some users who are not as experienced in technology. Things like portals and groups can be hard to teach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto gives us one cohesive place to store and distribute our approved images to the teams or clients that need them.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of grapshics and pdfs we can access for our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need regular changes to the materials to keep us looking fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right sizing items to fit the appropriate media channel we are using. For example, Instagram requiring cropping of pics to fit their display requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like best about Image Relay is the ease with which I can send product data or assets to whoever needs them. Implementation was also easier than I thought. I know it will take quite a while but they really walk you through making it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes yet! I'm excited to dive in more and learn how I can use it to it's fullest advantage. I know it's a bit of a buzzword, but I could see AI being implemented into Image Relay and that has opportunity in my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is helping us make sure all our assets are up to date and in one place that I can easily share. It is also the central hub of product data instead of many separate spreadsheets across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the features of Canto. It is making it much easier to manage thousands of marketing assets and share with our stakeholders. My favorite feature is the AI Visual Search. It's now so much easier to find the image I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to upload our photo library and there were some errors but nothing that couldn't be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is helping us become more efficient by providing one central location where we can store all our photos and easily find what we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is the easiest-to-use, high-functioning digital asset management software. Being able to mass upload assets before easily tagging and sorting them allowed for a smooth implementation when preparing to launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of this software is not being able to name more than one asset at once, in our use case the title/name of the images is also the name of the product and is the same throughout many assets. Unfortunately, that name has to be edited on each asset, one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay allows our network to easily access, download, and share useful assets with immediate satisfaction. This is beneficial because it removes any delay and miscommunication from the buying process.

Great Solution for an image Library

What do you like best about the product?
- Metadata stays attached to photos and videos
- Tagging ability and albums make sorting and finding assets easy
- Upload information ( I can see who added assets)
- Ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
Canto is powerful if you have the time and foresight to set up your workspace properly. I inherited my workspace, and it was a mess. It has different generations of users and different methodologies on how to do things. Cleaning this up is a BIG task and not the easiest unless you delete and start new.

The mobile app needs work too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of products in an infinite number of sizes. Canto let my team, and I quickly find what we are looking for, saving us possible hours of sourcing imagery.
