We use Canto all the time
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of grapshics and pdfs we can access for our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need regular changes to the materials to keep us looking fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right sizing items to fit the appropriate media channel we are using. For example, Instagram requiring cropping of pics to fit their display requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the thing I like best about Image Relay is the ease with which I can send product data or assets to whoever needs them. Implementation was also easier than I thought. I know it will take quite a while but they really walk you through making it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes yet! I'm excited to dive in more and learn how I can use it to it's fullest advantage. I know it's a bit of a buzzword, but I could see AI being implemented into Image Relay and that has opportunity in my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is helping us make sure all our assets are up to date and in one place that I can easily share. It is also the central hub of product data instead of many separate spreadsheets across departments.
A great tool to manage marketing assets
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the features of Canto. It is making it much easier to manage thousands of marketing assets and share with our stakeholders. My favorite feature is the AI Visual Search. It's now so much easier to find the image I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to upload our photo library and there were some errors but nothing that couldn't be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is helping us become more efficient by providing one central location where we can store all our photos and easily find what we need.
DAM Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is the easiest-to-use, high-functioning digital asset management software. Being able to mass upload assets before easily tagging and sorting them allowed for a smooth implementation when preparing to launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of this software is not being able to name more than one asset at once, in our use case the title/name of the images is also the name of the product and is the same throughout many assets. Unfortunately, that name has to be edited on each asset, one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay allows our network to easily access, download, and share useful assets with immediate satisfaction. This is beneficial because it removes any delay and miscommunication from the buying process.
Great Solution for an image Library

What do you dislike about the product?
Canto is powerful if you have the time and foresight to set up your workspace properly. I inherited my workspace, and it was a mess. It has different generations of users and different methodologies on how to do things. Cleaning this up is a BIG task and not the easiest unless you delete and start new.

We have thousands of products in an infinite number of sizes. Canto let my team, and I quickly find what we are looking for, saving us possible hours of sourcing imagery.

I have been very happy with Canto for my current needs and do not have any dislikes at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is incredibly easy to search and find the documents you are looking for. Their customer support was a great help during the implementation phase which ran smoothly. Ongoing use and uploading of new documents has been an easy process to keep up with current needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it for a fairly niche, industrial manufacturing industry, so the SmartTags feature caused some problem by adding extra and unnecessary tags until we figured out how to turn off that function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives my company a way to organize all of our Marketing and Techincal collateral in one easy place for all of our employees to access and share with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform speed, clean interface and powerful customisation options. Customer service is extremely thorough and personable.

I would love to have the ability for multiple users to edit shared collections.

All assets are in one place - searchable, filterable and tagged.
Great Source for Digital Asset Management for Far Less Cost
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay gives searchable, shareable functions that are all that most teams need at a fraction of the cost of thier competors. It is easy to use and the team does a great job working with you through the implementation steps. This is the second company where I have implemented this system so I really believe in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still refining their integrations but I continue to see inprovement on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team spent hours finding and send things to member of the staff and outside contractors. Now its easy with self service acess for staff and quick sharablity for contractors.
