Centralized Creative Management, But UI Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my creatives are centralised in a way that I can easily find them as well as share them with my team and my affiliate partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be overwhelming at times. the Library tab could be a bit more well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing it with multiple parties and be aware of my asset's activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The education videos and the fact the we can print for class.

Nothing really the website has everything I needed

Excellent Asset Storage and Sharing Boosts Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent way to store all kinds of business assets that makes it easy for my business team to access and share. It is a true profit booster for my organization and an easy way to share our quality with our Clients and prospects visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it super easy to share digital pictures and Brand assets with my team
A great way to story your company's digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use best. The simpler the better, and I'm glad our company decided on a way to hold and share our digital assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen where/how I can decide how I would like to download the assets. Also, I'm guessing our company just signed up and went with it because there is no metadata that allows for fast search for items. And our filing system needs help. So this issue is either on us or our team was not properly trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one stop storage place for our digital assets. As the EA to the CEO I need to be able to put my hands on those things quickly.

good HD images that are royalty free and ready to use
A great solution for storing and sharing images & files
What do you like best about the product?
Searchability and sharing are the key things I like best about Canto. My design team is primarily responsible for uploading and organizing files but when complete, I like their ability to provide me with a link which I can use or share with others. I also like how we can create portals for specific customer and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My design team would prefer the layout and design of the site to more mimic an Apple environment which is what they primarily work in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of images in our DAM but really only require a small percentage of them to be viewed and shared with our customers and clients. Having the ability to give access of those files to those individuals is important.
Great Site for Image Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really easy to navigate - the sidebar lists all image folders clearly and then diving into the folders, it is easy to scroll through. We have thousands and thousands of images for our organization and Canto makes it easy to both upload and download.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function doesn't always work as I want it to. If I am already in a search results page and I try to search for another topic, the system adds the new word to my current search. I need to go back to the main homepage to restart the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is our company's main repository for employee-taken photos. My company rebranded in 2020 and made a mandate that all of the photos we use in our presentations be original photos from our employees and so Canto became a main platform for both uploading and searching/downloading photos.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Canto so far has been great. Everything ran very smoothly during the onboarding the onboarding process. Henrieke Galenti did an amazing job. She was very professional, patient, and explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Asset management. It is benefiting me and my team by having all assets in one location, which helps with all facets of asset management.
Works well without a lot of setup fatigue

This is a great way to manage your digital assets. The integrated AI helps you find what you are looking for quickly. This solution is great for collaboration, especially for teams dispersed throughout different geographical areas.

We haven't discovered much we don't lie about it.

Collaboration is key for our company. This tool allows our marketing teams to share new assets quickly and easily. All markets have access to the assets and AI assists them with locating items they are looking for.

It’s easy to upload, organize, and distribute content, and the user-friendly interface means everyone—from staff to customers—can quickly find the assets they need. This level of accessibility and control has made a big impact on our efficiency and brand consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience with Canto has been very positive, one area with room for improvement is the search functionality. At times, it can take some trial and error to find the exact asset you're looking for, especially if the tags or naming conventions aren’t consistent. Enhancements to search filters or more intuitive AI-driven suggestions would make the platform even more efficient. That said, with proper setup and organization, this challenge can be minimized.

Before Canto, it was time-consuming to fulfill individual requests for marketing materials or product images often requiring customized responses for each customer or sales team member.
Now, with Canto’s permission-based sharing and organized asset libraries, everyone can quickly access the most current, brand-approved content on their own. This has saved me countless hours previously spent tracking down files, reformatting assets, or responding to one-off requests. It allows me to focus more on strategic marketing efforts while giving our team and customers the tools they need to succeed, instantly. Canto not only increases efficiency but also ensures brand consistency and a better overall experience for everyone involved.
