Upgrading from Cumulus to Canto has been life-changing
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so easy to use. There are just so many aspects that make sense. I love the relate files feature, I typically relate release forms to our photography. This functionality has been a game-changer for our project manager. Also, download speed is excellent. User management is easy, along with the share abilities. We also now take advantage of style guides for external vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the preview functionality for videos worked better. Although you can store video, it doesn't make sense when the price per gig isn't competitive with other video-only storage services. When it comes to all other documents, Canto outshines the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a hybrid working environment, we need instant access to our files and to share at a moment's notice. Canto's speed and delivery system have been the solution to keep our workflow efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization I work for just adopted Canto as our DAM! We are very excited to use it. The Canto customer service has been great so far. The meetings have been very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is not anything that I dislike. The process of meeting with Canto staff to decide if Canto would meet our needs was great.
Now that we have used Canto a bit more, our implementation specialst has been very helpful as questions arise.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization that I work for only had a CMS. So having a DAM is going to be a gamechanger for us. We are looking forward to easily finding source files, tagging, and versioning.

What do you like best about the product?
The Facial Recognition feature is a game-changer. We work with hundreds of Pastors in the Amazon Jungle and this helps us tell their stories so well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found a downside yet! It's definitely an investment but we are so grateful they gave our organization a non-profit discount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of our video and photo content so that our team can fins it easily and tell our organization's story.

Cost of admin accounts & permanent URL generation not compatible w/Walmart Seller, but that's not Canto's fault

Being able to store, search, and find all of our assets and related information in one place.

The fact that not everyone is using it and should.

Being able to deliver assets to clients and coworkers seamlessly in a moment's notice, leaving more time for asset creation.
The Customization is Valuable
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is fantastic, and the customization of product information is great. Sophie has been so helpful with accommodating our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything works great, and is easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many spreadsheets with product information that it can be hard to locate specific information. Image Relay provides one location for all product information and pictures, making our jobs more efficient. It is also a plus that different departments can access the specific information they need.
The workflow through Image Relay has been great from the start!

The ability to share and organize assets for our remote workflow has dramatically increased our efficiency as a team.

We are almost 1 year into using Image Relay, and at this point, we have not found a downside.

Easily accessible assets for our remote marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that you can easly share specific materials to certain partners providing them not only the material itself, but also important information for the usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard for larger teams to ensure that the upload of materials is standardized and guarantee that the folders are well organized. Although there is a good part of this issue that comes from companies policies to upload content, it may be also enhanced by the tool to normalize the materials upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps a lot centralizing the storage of different information and also making it easily available for company's partners that use the materials for their day to day.

I love how organized you can make it! It's also very user-friendly in the sense that you can share photos with people outside of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is very helpful, sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to new users. I feel like our onboarding was a little rushed, but we got a lot out of it nonetheless!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with coworkers across multiple departments has been a benefit of using Canto! It has helped solve the issue of sending large files to collaborate with those outside of my department.
