One stop shop for all things digital marketing assets, print and ability to share files of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can search assets with key words and it will show me the bread crumb to the correct folders; even more the share feature without needing a login
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the assets don't have previews so it may take a few clicks to see what the asset is; sometimes it takes a few clicks to see what you are looking at
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized area for all things marketing; logos, promotional assets, easy access to content that we can share both internally and externally
Reliable picture hosting when it matters.
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely reliable and easy to use for sharing, archiving and research. Visualy simple but effective. Easy to manage rights across all areas and fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very time consuming to reoragsize and shuffle folders. I would like to see an a-z option for folders as well as just files, and batch moving of folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where we previpously used slow servers, this gives you instant results when searching for content. It's very quick to upload, download, and share photgraphy whilst strictly controlling access.
Very organised and on track with project completion
What do you like best about the product?
Clear, concise and visually attractive platform for the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not downside as such but there is different references between British and American English. However, our agent was able to help any words and references that needed changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tailoring more to our customer needs in regards to consumer vs Trade account users.
Great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
A useful tool for sorting and storage of images relevant to my company. Being able to search for images using keywords has become invaluable and is saving time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any problems with the software yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find images using keywords.
Easy, quick and satisfying!
What do you like best about the product?
ImageRelay has improved our workflow and the overall organization of our media assets across our organization. ImageRelay replaced personal dropbox and google drive accounts and allowed a seamless movement of media for the whole creative process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Adobe cloud is something ImageRelay has committed to fixing. Currently, all the Adobe products ask for my API key at each login. I input the key and continue designing; not awful but annoying in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that ImageRelay is solving is our productivity and time management. We can quickly receive, send and use media files securely instead of WhatsApp, DropBox, or GoogleDrive. The search function also creates new exciting opportunities to organize our assets for our marketing materials.
Excellent and organized platform
What do you like best about the product?
I find the most helpful tool in image relay would be the keyword search function for photos you have tagged, not only that but being able to organize your photos by collections. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use if you're just starting out but just has so many layers for organizing your content appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful item on Image Relay would be that you get logged out of a session other than that no compliants at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has many different departments that utilize different imagery so being able to label or restrict usage for some users is helpful in knowing the appropriate content is being used per department.
Intuitive platform, knowledgeable service
What do you like best about the product?
Image Relay is proving to be an intuitive and user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could resize documents within Image Relay vs. having to download and re-upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to gather our assets and permissions in one easy-to-access location. Once fully populated, this will be a huge benefit in terms of education and resource development.
Swift Grab & Go
What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast I can move files to Canto so that all of our image files from our in-house productions are available right away for our creative teams to review. Utilizing the workspace as a holding ground for our shoots has proven to be effective when collaborating on nearly 100 shoots per year. No matter where the shoots are in development, we are able to easily share images without any worries. Tech support is extremely responsive and helpful whenever there's an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're starting to notice some lagging in image loading when viewing at the album level. We are also starting to hit the limit with the number of folder restrictions and image relations when an image has to connect to over 75 albums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canto as a product pilar, our stakeholders are able to grab the assets they need to do their jobs effectively. As we continue to refine the overall organization, tagging, and even how we talk about assets with our stakeholders, we are able to continue to driving velocity on all ends of the timeline.
Overall a good Photo storage program
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most useful about Canto is the group usage ability. My entire organization is able to store photos that are accessible to all of us for use in one platform. The files can be sorted by state, region, or content which makes it valuable for locating things within a specific subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Canto is sometimes a bit cumbersome when you are bulk-uploading photos especially if they are a variety of subjects and need to be sorted/labeled in a specific manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is solving photo storage across our organization. I benefits me when doing tasks because I can sort the photos by subject, event, or location to find what I need for a particular project.
Great place to store your collateral
What do you like best about the product?
We use it like an "online store" for our internal stakeholders. They can easily access and view different materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit hard to navigate and find what files you are looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a place to store a lot of materials that multiple internal and external teams could access without having to worry about permissions.
