Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
I manage a busy creative agency and Image Relay has truly transformed the way we manage our digital assets. The user interface is user friendly and incredibly intuitive so our teams can organize, search, and retrieve our extensive media library. The customizable metadata options have been a game-changer, allowing us to tag and categorize assets. Image Relay’s customer support is truly the best. Very responsive and they’re always ready to assist and ensure we make the most of the platform's capabilities. Our clients love it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike. I am just looking forward to using their product hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay has effectively resolved our previous challenges of disorganized and scattered digital assets. Everything is in one place and easy to share. There are no more images on Google Drives or sending Dropbox files with expired links or sharing large files over emails. We now have a centralized hub where all our files are organized and easily accessible for all of us to share. This has not only saved us countless hours searching for assets, but has also elevated and enhanced our collaboration. The robust categorization and tagging capabilities ensure that everyone has access to the most up-to-date assets. NO MORE OUTDATED ASSETS! Image Relay's comprehensive solution has significantly enhanced our workflow efficiency and empowered us to manage our deliverables in a more streamlined manner.

It's great!
It is a good central place to store files and encourage salesman to share images from sites

It is easy to upload images and share with colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Andoid app and it's not fully integrated with Wordpress in terms of feature images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to store all our files in a central location and mitigates revision issues.
Options and room for growth!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been floored by the the layers of detail, preferences and customizations that are possible. There are many things that go above and beyond what was expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time, everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our media (photo) libraries were spread across various platforms (internal servers, multiple cloud storage sites, individual computers). This made it difficult to know exactly what existed and how to find it. canto is becoming the "single source of truth."

So far, there isn't anything that I dislike because photo searches have been such a time-consuming task in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is great for file/ photo & video sharing, storing and easy to organize. Great for a large or small company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have an app for immediate loading & sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to share without clogging personal share folders.
I have been using Canto for a little less than a year and have been able to organize my assets.

It is nice to be able to search for tags, keywords, folders, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still feel like I can get lost in the folder structure sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have all of our photos in one place. I am able to go in there when creating content and find what I need.
Great User Interface and Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of our digital assets in one place and accessible to the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more space, but I don't have anything negative in particular to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cantos eliminates the scattered file-shared drives we had previously and allows us to have an organized and user-friendly workspace
Canto has been great!
What do you like best about the product?
Canto has been really enjoyable to use. It's very easy to share photos and links, and the Adobe connector has been very useful. We are very happy in the year that we have been using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many features to get a handle on, the product is so expansive. I wish there could be more "power users" (or people with consistent uploading privledges for free, as well)

It has helped us stay organized and share our photos in a consistent and effective way. It is easy to navigate and organize and that has been very adventageous for us

Some of the search methods seem not to work well.

Showing us how to use the portals and style guides.
