Robust and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is easy to use for all user levels in our organization. Our team has provided feedback that indicates the tool is a huge time saver when looking for a particular asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning how best to integrate Canto into some of our other tools. I think the limitations between Admins users and the costs involved are a slight downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is helping to make available our image library and other commonly used brand assets to a broader group, making those assets easier to find and access, and helping to organize those assets more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Canto is nice because of the ability to organize digital assets the way you want to so that they are easier to find. The ability to collaborate with others on your team puts this software at the top of my list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canto has a nice collection of integration tools, but I find it could use more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto enables our nonprofit to share assets between departments, chapters and regions.
Canto: A+ Digital Asset Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Before my organization purchased Canto, we used Dropbox and Sharepoint to house our digital assets; as one could imagine, it was chaotic. Canto has allowed us to organize and adequately utilize our digital assets effectively. I love using tags to help organize and find the digital assets I need for my marketing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of any downsides to Canto. I will say that it takes some time to set up, but once you have the system in place, it is really easy to use and train fellow staff members on usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto helps us keep our extensive collection of digital assets organized and provides an easy way for our organization to share these assets with third-party individuals and organizations.
Convenient, Straightforward and Always Improving
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the and convenience of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meta data tags are not always accurate, links are difficult to update.

Cloud storage for all of our final imagery
Great experience with Image Relay and use it every day at work.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to tag photos with specific key phrases, brand names, and objects so that you can search for images seamlessly. This has helped organize our assets and allows all our employees to access and share them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything I dislike about Image Relay. The templates are user-friendly, the upload speed is quick, and everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image Relay is solving a storage and organizational issue across businesses with large amounts of files and digital assets.
Nice organization
What do you like best about the product?
The organization on Canto and the ability to search for files based on name is A1! It helps ease the stress of sharing files with those who are collaborating with in your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downfall to Canto is the amount of people that are allowed to upload to each companies profile. I believe there's only two people who are allowed to upload at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto has helped solve the problem of sharing files throughout the company and having it all in one place nicely organized. It helps workflow for Creative's like myself.

What do you like best about the product?
Image searching in Canto is very fast, facial recognition saves me hours of time, sending shareable links to lightboxes is really helpful, and once set up, creating branding templates is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for branding templates isn't very sleek, after a user completes their edits to a templated doc, they can't save/copy the template to work on again later once unless they have admin rights, when you export a PDF from branding templates you cannot modify it in Acrobat, there's no alert/contact when you're approaching the end of your contract, you definitely need to set aside a lot of time to get familiar with Canto from the beginning or dedicate a Canto administrator on your team, there was a LOT of back and forth to get branding templates set up.

Extremely comprehensive and useful service
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful to have all images and product photography stored in a single cloud-based location, which makes the retrieving of assets a fast and easy process. Downloading assets is a fast and trouble-free process
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything specific at the moment.

The fact that all assets are stored in a single location greatly reduces the amount of time spent in retrieving the assets. In other words, it saves a lot of time
Canto is a decent digital asset management system—but it can feel a little clunky at times.
What do you like best about the product?
I work for an organization that needs to store many large files (JPEGS, MP4, EPS, etc.), and Canto allows us to do so all in one place—which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive from a UX perspective. It can be quite hard to navigate for staff members who don't use the system daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File storage. Canto allows our organization to store massive files and share them externally in a way that doesn't compromise our security.
Making The Most Out of Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things to like about Image Relay that it's challenging to select just one great feature. But for the sake of this review and the need to choose what I like best, it's the ease of use. The entire platform is clean, intuitive and user-friendly. Best of all, in those sporadic instances when I can't figure something out, both online and live support are second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single feature that I dislike. When I first joined the platform and began building our library, there were several features that I didn't understand. Still, they quickly became clear once I completed my live onboarding/training call with one of Image Relay's Librarians. The training was outstanding, and the trainer was patient and polite and never rushed through any questions I asked. Ultimately, I can't think of anything I dislike about Image Relay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a word, ORGANIZATION! We are a Product Licensing Company, and we deal with thousands of digital images and documents, and storing and finding them quickly and efficiently is paramount to our success. Before Image Relay, our files were a huge mess. It was nearly impossible to locate various photos and even harder to find specific documents. Now that we use Image Relay, all of that is a snap, well, a click! Fast, easy and painless!
