Such an Improvement Over Box
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Image Relay offers keyword searches as well as folder browsing for ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of signing people up and complications that arise with our SSO. Probably mostly on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a searchable, browsable DAM so graphic designers, marketers, and communicators could easily find photography to enhance their messaging for marketing materials.
Shared Document Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The searchability is the best feature. Type in one word and it searches all documents including photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were a way to have multiple people editing a document (excel sheet) in real time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find the sales team is using Canto more than our previous provider. It is so simple to use and we never hear "I can't find ..."
Great Product & Support
What do you like best about the product?
Support was very helpful in responding to technical questions for a specific implementation. I was looking for support on using next-gen image formats and customer support along with the development team provided all the answers I was looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the website could be more robust and provide more insights into the platform and capabilities. Seems like they are underselling themselves without adding all their use cases and abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for any organization looking for a DAM products or an asset library. The tagging capabilities are very helpful and the ability to have logins for different users is a great feature.
Makes asset management easy and organized
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is amazing. When you have a problem they are quick to look into it and quick to get things resolved. They are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have and are eager to make changes to the platform to make solutions to problems so they don't happen in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with Canto where I wish I could do things that I can't. Some of the interface is so user-friendly that it makes it a bit clunky when you're trying to do certain things like bulk edit in multiple folders/albums. It's not horrible but just slows you down sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Canto for our image and graphics management. We are able to organize our assets very well in folders, albums and portals for different divisions of our company. It works well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large asset library that needs to be organized and accessed by your team and customers, Canto is a great solution.
Canto Is A Great Organizing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to locate all of the client information in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to locate information without using the exact words. It would be helpful if a keyword is entered, all information pulls into view for selection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key benefit to using Canto for me is, having all the required information housed in one location. Not needing to go to different platforms for information is essential.
Best platform you need for all your digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps everything in one place and makes it accessible for a team of 2. As our team grow, it gives us flexibility to access anytime we need it. Sizes of the images are not limited either
What do you dislike about the product?
It is addicting. Can't work with any other platforms anymore.

Before Canto, it was hard to file the images and videos for our business. Canto makes it easy for anyone who is not a tech savvy person either.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create folders and keep all of your files organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Canto for a year now and haven't found anything I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of photos. I mean a lot. All of them were scattered all over our network. Now all of our photos are in one place and everything is easy to find
Folder + Image-based DAM
What do you like best about the product?
The primary folder structure is familiar and easy to navigate, and the image thumbnails are clear and quick to load. It's easy to scroll through when selecting an image.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints, but it would be great to have an advanced AI autotagging feature and an easier way to reorganize existing assets. It's a solid and straightforward DAM but considering there are so many users on my end with varying skill levels, it would be useful to have more help features to improve everyone's experience within the app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to house the majority of our assets for certain outlets in one place. It can present the files visually, which helps our visual thinkers find what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, routineness, and support and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The product works as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spacing, latency, access, and up-to-date image files.
Tool isnt a bad tool. But really struggles with UI. Expectations and interactions are not clear.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to spin up and spin down contributors. Also easy to include vendors as needed and assign and remove admin users. We use the link sharing option often.
What do you dislike about the product?
its really hard to follow the buttons and actions to get common tasks done. Hard to understand the UI. I would lean on common UI elements to communicate actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for better cross-team collaborations and abilities to share files remotely. Also it serves as a place for us to communicate externall and cross different domains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is good, It will just take some time to learn the functions and UI.
