Good tool for companies to have "source of truth" creative asset system.
What do you like best about the product?
The built in search greatly helps me find the content I'm looking for quickly. I like that I can save my own collections of content for future reference quickly. I also like that I can generate a link to share with team members who are looking for something. We had no way to search our creative asset database previously and now we have a nice solution for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have so much content that I feel our team needed to spend quite a bit of time uploading and tagging documents.
I bookmarked a few of the resources that I need to reference often, but it's behind a SSO so I need to login every time. Not everybody in our organization has access to the software too, which is sometimes difficult for us to know who does/does not have access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone in our organization knows where to go for creative assets. We've consolidated the places where people are gathering content and they know Canto is the true source for final and approved content. We had no way to search our creative asset database previously and now we have a solution for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your team has a strategy in place for implementing and maintaining not just Canto, but any system you are investing in.
Keep the system up to date with the latest content you are creating and communicate to your user base the intention of the system and how they should use it and provide feedback to the system admins.

Digital assets management is not difficult with Image Relay
What do you like best about the product?
Digital asset management with Image Relay is very easy and comfy job. It has taught me what I have to deliver exactly to my customers so that I can grab their attention. Now I am at ease of launching the campaigns. Previously it was difficult to send the couple of images in emails and of course I have to send them in compressed form, which again was a hectic job for the receiver, if their system does not have any un-zipping application. But with Image Relay I have related on this application for my all day working.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having a great experience with this application and I did come across any particular issue. If there comes any problem we get in touch with their customer service providers and they are always ready to help. This tool is our everyday necessity and we are happy to be its satisfied customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily launch my campaigns and I am no more worried about any scattered files. Image Relay is an amazing in terms of tracking the previous processes which keeps e update about the future planning and I easily manage my ads on its behalf.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the most advanced features about Image Relay is, whenever I make a change to a certain file it keeps the copy of every change in this way I can easily get back to the original product and I never lose my data.
It's a good place to store all your content but there are better-looking, more intuitive platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The separation of internal and external Canto platforms for business members and customers/viewers. it is nice that the internal members of my company are allowed access to everything while we can limit who else sees the content we put out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
The assets are hard to link externally on various platforms, and it is not interactive and it is hard to search for assets at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using canto kind of like a project management + content pool platform which isn't really supposed to what it is used for. it is great for content collection but it is definitely not meant for project management (this is on us in that we tried to use Canto for PM)

What do you like best about the product?
I have a great and long term experience of Canto Digital Assets management software. I guarantee you this is the most trust worthy product. You can easily rely on it. It serves all purposes in best ways. It is really easy to organize and tag numerous photos so easily. It is really easy to organize and access things whenever you want. It systematizes the whole assets so beautifully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly speaking I do not come across any technical issue while completing my tasks. There is nothing frustrating in it. It is immensely powerful and helpful tool. I appreciate its responsive customer service. The only drawback is that the upload portal seems to be problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The thing which is most impressive one is the commenting feature which is proved to be helpful to me for approvals and retouching. Moreover I like its tagging feature the most which helps me a lot in tagging assets that can be quickly searched in the time of need. It let us share things and photos easily with others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is most appropriate tool and highly suggested to others if they want to manage even large assets properly. Additionally this is the most user friendly tool and has shareable features. They will definitely attract you once you get this software. It will let you have complete command on assets. I would say there is no other reliable tool for assets management than Canto.
The easiest way to organize all your company's content.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how a variety of our different creative media departments are able to add the most up to date content. Often in the past I have had to reach out to many different individuals for headshots, logos, PowerPoints templates, etc., but now it is all found in one convenient place. Everything we need is searchable by facility, department, marketing materials, logos, branding, etc. There are just so many ways to easily find whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my initial issues were user error problems, but were quick fixes upon using the site more frequently. Initially I experienced trouble logging into the site, but I was unaware there were two different types of login options from the home page. I was informed by a coworker to use our organization single sign on in the Ochsner Health employee login section. Upon recognizing my error, I was able to login easily from there on out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve tedious communications among many different departments. No longer am I reaching out to several different departments to determine who has the most up to date logo or templates. Now I can check Image Relay with confidence of having the most relevant content. This makes it much more convenient for me to recommend to my coworkers as well who are always on the look out for high quality content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this service due to the ease of use on the site. I can check for the most up to date content from departments all over our massive organization. No longer am I having to bother busy graphic designer for a variety of logos. Now, I can simply log in to the site and check out everything that has been posted. I have also directed many of my coworkers to this site as well since they relied on me for logos, templates, photos, etc. for internal communications they were preparing as well. Overall, this service makes sharing content much, much easier and convenient for anyone using it.

Image Relay has helped our company immensely with our marketing. We store all our photos, ads and graphics on this site and when we need them, it is super easy to find them.

Tired of managing your digital work load then try Canto
What do you like best about the product?
Canto is so far the most reliable and trust worthy application that is helping us to manage our work load and simultaneously it has very positively affected our marketing strategy. Now we have created folder and albums for your data and easily we can search by typing the name of the folder, it has become time saving because file gets arranged alphabetically, thus we can sort them by date, or name by just one click. For me it is completely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it is not so easy to understand the nature of this application; a steep learning curve is required for its better output. One thing which is disturbing is its slow working with passage of time and may due to more file uploads and this needed to be fixed as it effects reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very user friendly application with simplest interface and I did not face any problem in its configuration. It is surely an effective tool that has reasonable price and it is equipped with amazing editing tools for the files. Its integration policy has opened door to new possibilities and further provide us relief to share links and files across various channels.

We will suggest you this tool with full zest, if will mostly benefit you if you are dealing in online marketing and through this tool you can easily share links with your audience and colleagues you can also make changes into already shared image. It will surely provides wonderful services.
User-friendly Asset Organization with some Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The Image Relay interface is very user-friendly and the ability to view our images in such high-res, clear layouts is great. The folder organization is very intuitive and easy to follow and the tagging has been a huge help in organizing our assets and sharing/coordinating with our larger team. The bulk upload was SUCH a welcome addition to our workflow and the luxury of tagging as you upload is great. We also use the bulk tagging tool frequently and enjoy the various bulk features that help us stay efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collections feature is not as robust as our team often needs. For example, we use collections to curate imagery for press opportunities, publications and spreads and more, and the options to curate and sort collections after you've created them are lackluster. All you can basically do is download or delete images, but we'd like more options to curate and sort so that teams can collaborate and narrow down final imagery. Also, while we love the bulk upload tool, there was a feature that allowed you to add tags to your categories as you uploaded, but that feature no longer works. We would use that daily so hopefully that can be fixed soon. I also wish that basic user accounts had a bit more access to upload images. We have multiple support roles in our company that help manage our assets and this functionality would be great for lower-level accounts as I often have to do the uploading and then let them know when to add tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launched a fashion brand about a year ago and the amount of image assets we've added to our workflow as more than tripled. Image Relay has allowed us to organize high-res files and share and allocate them to appropriate teams and uses. We've also been able to organize a review process because Image Relay is so focused on the visual assets vs. small thumbnails that made assets impossible to find with other programs. It also helps that you can add new versions of an image to an existing image as we often update our imagery with minor tweaks depending on the season. This allows us to keep our imagery fresh and up-to-date but not have to retag and reupload images every time we make changes.
