The GIS workhorse
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most powerful GIS software available. The vast number of users makes finding help and hints very easy. Great support from ESRI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing from Desktop to Pro. Coming across bugs in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Informing communities about flooding risks.

wide industry applications, useful for mapping of all kinds of data. easy to use with great customer support.

I like the ability to visualize and conduct geographicaly weighted regression and the compatibility with excel
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive and clunky this software is compared to similar open access programs like QGIS. The apps themselves are uglier than those produced with newer software.

I utilize ARCGIS for conservation research examining habitat suitability.

I have no dislikes. The software has produced amazing outcomes.

Good Product, continually evolving, but still room for improvement

It can freeze at times and work can get lost randomly.

Sometimes it is slow and fails to responsed to my commands.

We work within water utilities and supplying quaility drinking water is our goal. ArcGIS helps us meet our community's needs while supplying data and analysis tools to support our most precious resources.

What do you like best about the product?
That the platform is able to integrate with other software. Also thet it is the industry leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always user friendly and can be buggy...and the ever so popular crashes. Although that has minimized over time.

Use it for water utility and hydro flow analysis.
