Mapping Natural Resources
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to solve any spatial problem presented given the time and creativity to tackle it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The somewhat steep learning curve to be up and running well. Licensing and extensions are also confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping natural resources; wetland impacts, threatened and endangered species, getting into doing real-time aerial imagery with drone inputs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, but as you do, focus on how it can help you the most.
ArcGIS for Visualization Accessibility for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about ESRI ArcGIS is the applicability for mulitple disciplines. Coming to the ESRI UC Showcase, you see the wide use of ESRI products from local government water, energy, conversation, resource management to military and intelligence support. I like the ability with ArcGIS Online to create web maps and share them with the public.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike. The ability to use ESRI products for the public are getting simpler and more user friendly with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online creating quick button options for analysis and visualization that truly make it easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating our own basemaps for agency use

What do you like best about the product?
The useful tool box. Spacial analysis capabilities. good structure of content. wide chooses about the database connection type.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit slow. Need hign perfemance device. have more basemap can choose.

Fantastical world of geospatial tools and resources
What do you like best about the product?
There is a huge variety of tools at my disposal and I know there are teams of professionals ready to help me at a moment's notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay-to-play aspect is a little frustrating. There are so many tiers of membership/accounts and it's super annoying to hear about a new tool or feature only to find that you don't have access to it with your level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a stormwater technician and we use Arcgis for our stormwater asset inventory and other analysis.
ESRI Thinks of everything from training to tools
What do you like best about the product?
The folks at ESRI ensure my ability to have tools and access to training to use their tools to have an impact on how i use the software for my community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing. The training is the best of all the vendors I work with. The followup with trainers and technical support is fantastitc.

What do you like best about the product?
On the fly editing and ease of access to relevent geospatial data.

Requirment fot enterprise account for apps.

I use Arc for every day employment related editing and tracking data as well as for personal use. I'm a total GIS geek! Benfits of ArcGIS are same as my likes. Great products that lead the industry of of the future of GIS.

What do you like best about the product?
ArcGIS has the most tools and resources of any GIS sfotware solution on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that they are really the only game in town and that they are not driven to perform better due to real competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can solve lots of analysis questions that come up from County Council and other leadership.
The ONLY GIS solution that matters
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like the most is the availibilty of customer support. The other solutions seem to lack the depth of support that ESRI provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the price point. The ESRI products can be a little pricey for a start up business.

We use ArcGIS everyday to solve multiple issues. From Real Property to Emergency Response.
