Complex Analytics Made Simple, Some Mobile Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like LeadSquared Sales CRM for its simplicity combined with complex analytics. It provides real-time data that helps me understand what's going on in sales and track employee activity. I appreciate the option to customize stages of the leads, which makes it a great choice for CRM. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some glitches while working on the mobile app, and sometimes it takes time to upload data in the CRM. When uploading a record through the mobile app, sometimes it would double update the same record or sometimes miss out on the record, so you need to check double every time while working through the mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadSquared Sales CRM for managing large chunks of leads and tracking sales in real-time. It simplifies CRM tasks with its simplicity, complex analytics, and customizable lead stages.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about LeadSquared Sales CRM is how easily we can manage leads and keep track of everything. The filters are also very helpful, because they let us quickly find and access the data we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I apply certain filters and export the data, it takes a while to fetch. It ends up consuming a lot of time overall, because I then have to use that exported data to update a sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage lots of data in a single place, which makes it easier to keep everything organized in one area.
Efficient and User-Friendly CRM with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LeadSquared Sales CRM is easy to use and offers good navigation, which streamlines my processes and helps me be more efficient, ultimately increasing revenue. I also appreciate the excellent service support. The quick support from the Customer Success Manager is valuable, as it helps to address issues quickly. The initial setup was easy, and the support during this process was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Query support through the support ticket engine can be tiresome. It takes a lot of time to explain the issue in detail with screenshots and step-by-step instructions, and sometimes it takes a long time to get resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared Sales CRM helps me get leads from various sources, aligns them with automations and workflows, and pushes them to teams for calling, leading to revenue conversion. It's easy to navigate, making me more efficient and closing gaps, with good support helping resolve issues quickly.
Efficient Lead Management, Needs Better Filtering
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how LeadSquared Sales CRM organizes all the details and features a follow-up trigger that's super helpful. Adding all the details in the follow-up trigger means I don't have to remember anything, and it automatically shows up in my feed. Also, the way it tracks the sales funnel is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a filter to qualify and distribute leads into types such as warm lead, hot lead, or not that useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadSquared Sales CRM to generate and track leads, access details like contact info and schedules, and organize everything with follow-up triggers, so I don't forget anything. It automatically updates my feed, and its sales funnel tracking is impressive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it automates the entire sales process snd keeping it in one place. It also has a process to track the locations and save the conversations sales had with the customers.

Sometimes the CRM was quite slow and slightly complex to use when comes to handling large amount of data.

Seamless Integrations, Robust Support, but UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that LeadSquared Sales CRM allows me to see all my records in a single view, which is also editable. This feature stands out as one of the best aspects. I also like that it integrates with all the leading tools like Apollo and Mailchimp, making data sync seamlessly possible. The intuitive UI helps me understand and analyze customer data better, aiding in decisions like revenue forecasting. The initial setup was pretty easy thanks to their useful support documentation and responsive customer support, which I really love.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think updating the records is a bit tough as the UI is not very user-friendly for updating the records. So anything that needs to be updated has a difficult approach, and you cannot see in real-time that your cursor is on the updating line.

Amazing CRM with Smooth Integrations and Time-Saving Follow-Up Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had an amazing experience with this CRM so far. It’s a great choice for businesses because it connects smoothly with other units like Marketing and the PMO. The best part for me is the follow-up automation—getting those morning emails helps me stay on track. On top of that, being able to send emails directly through the software saves me a lot of time every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is very slow, and it’s not user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it integrates with our ERP and other units, I can rely on a single dashboard for everything. I’m able to follow the full journey, from the moment a lead is captured to when it becomes a project for the PMO team. There’s no more confusion between departments.

Its automated generated Report sections in the Analytics tab

Sometimes, they help you little late when some issues arise

As, we are getting leads from multiple sources like google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign, Organic, but Leadsquared allows to integrate multiple platforms to it so leads stored in one place which helps us to maintane the data, analyze and decide accordingly
Generates More Leads Than Daily Phone Calls
What do you like best about the product?
it allows us to get a lot more leads than an everyday basis phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complicated to use. Customer service is not as good either.

It benefits us because we get to generate more leads day by day.
