Interface is very good

What do you like best about the product?
Leads management system is very good. in this software, secondly it is available on mobile phones as well which makes it more easy to use and can even track the location of your employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing as such which makes me dislike the software, but surely is there are more integration options available or even telephony calling built in the system it would make it more usefull and kill the market as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is really very helpful. Lead capturing and individual lead-capturing systems is very good. bifurcations available in the software make it easy to manage our data.

Leadsquared CRM system is solving the most crucial issue of Leads management, tracking and keeping records of filtered leads to work on the most promising leads for higher productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics provided helps us take data driven decisiions,wide range of 3rd party integration tools also helps us make the work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the ui/ux could be a bit better. Sometimes it loads too slow.

Managing my lead flow and tracking my sales teams day to day activities.

we are able to track our leads as on task date and reminders on mail are helpful as on it reminds to follow our leads

It is very user friendly and very powerful tool which can help you with both sales and marketing activities
LeadSquared has the best dashboard and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more easy while updating profile information.

Would have been great if they had provided exclusive sales driven activity page and notes page seperately

It's easy to directly call customers and ask for their reason for contact within minutes.

It has a stage update feature which helps us to identify various stages

What do you like best about the product?
leadsquared is very useful for my day to day working in office. It helps me to keep track of my clients and it also integrates with other softwares like frejun.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the website shows error and frejun integration doesnt work sometimes which causes delay in work although such incidents are very rare
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is difficult to keep track of all leads and leadsquared helps us with the same. it also keep score of every lead which is very helpful in ranking the priority of the leads.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is far better than other CRM, Easy to use, help me to get reports on daily basis.
Managing lead is also a very easy task, must recommend software for sales consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the stability of the portal - it sometimes takes a while to catch up with all those calls being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to manage the lead and their task efficiently.
I can also check my daily task and get task reminders over the mail.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, LeadSquare has a comprehensive set of features and functionality to help us improve our sales and calling operations. It is very easy to track each and every detail of any lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is quite complicated, it could have been better.

Tracking all the leads and managing all the customer information at one place.
