Great product for training and simulated phishing
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes it easy to assign cyber-security training to users, whether they've failed a phishing test, or if it's mandatory annual/quarterly training. I also like how we are able to modify the simulated phishing emails and their relative difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside I can think of is no built-in option for administrators to reset users' passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps us get information about which users are at risk for phishing and who may need additional training.

They have been very informative on any potential scams and take time to read through bogus emails.
What do you like best about the product?
To become familiar when something is a suspect to scamming an individual. I also like how knowbe4 comes to us with our next training reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Down side is if you do click on something wrong you will be dinged as such and the score will go down. I relize this is how it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It better protects our law firm by testing all of our coworkers on how to be aware of any potential real scamming emails and know not to click on just anything without verifying the content sent to them.
Security Culture WIth KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of training topics and the ability to add customize modules that I can distribute my policies to staff. In building my security culture I am able to assess the level of security awareness via the Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment (SAPA) and the security culture score. Phishing test is a big plus to determine if the training is actually working
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training and phishing material is not geared towards countries other that the main countries that utilize amazon or IRS. so the training is limited for other regions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting on how well the training is going and its effectiveness
KnowBe4 has a great collection of content to choose from and all relevant options to use it!
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of available content in so many languages, and the model of working together with other content publishers to get even more into the library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found a few useful training modules that were not available in Dutch language...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is providing us a complete platform that supports our efforts to create information security awareness, measure and train where needed.
GRC
What do you like best about the product?
the richness of the training, its accuracy
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing specific, the capabilities are pretty impressive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
adequate training for different audiences
Easy, but effective training for end users.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to view weakpoints and strongpoints in my organization, and create customized training for areas and/or users that need improvement. This data also allows the team to go back to stakeholders and provide examples as to why training is needed, and what tools we need to add to further protect the organization as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that lacks from KnowBe4 is the ability for admins to see exactly what users got wrong on SAPA quizzes. I know this is being worked on, but having the ability to have in depth review on exactly what users have a hard time understanding, would help security teams go one step further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training provided by KnowBe4 validates what our internal security teams speaks about in day to day conversation. It is also another reminder for the end-users, which helps them think more carefully duing day to day operations. The phishing tests really help as well, as it gives end-users an idea on what threats actually exist, and how easy it is to fall vicitim.
A great tool for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
The training and phishing template that can be customized to suit the bussiness is one of the best thing about knowbe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have notification sent out to admins before a campaign is sent out. There is tendency to not want to send out a scheduled campaign for different reasons, would be great to get notified as an admin on upcoming campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
knowbe4 helps to educate and inform users on the importance of security training, getting aware of human actions to ensure security of asset as well as knowing that it is a collective effort
Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward training that is easy for learners to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the examples are typically broad for most business, it is always desired to have examples to align to our company's job roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is broadening the awareness and understanding of our employees to protect our company from phishing and cyber attacks.
Effective and easy to use Security Training platform!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is very easy to use and implementation was a breeze with the help of their support team. We use training campaigns on at least a monthly basis and they really are effective at raising security awareness amongst our staff. The KnowBe4 platform provides a number of different avenues for trainig and testing our staff's competency as it relates to security. Plus, KnowBe4 integrates well with our identity provider, so it is easy for our employees to access via single sign-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about KnowBe4. The only mild frustration point, and this is ultimately not an issue with KnowBe4, but more of an issue with how tracking and reporting is done, is that the system tracks whether an employee clicks a simulated phishing link via a unique ID code in the link. This only becomes an issue when someone is out of the office and they have their email forwarded to other members of their department. If one of their colleauges clicks the link then the original recipient is marked as having "failed" the phishing test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 provides us with a way to provide security training to our employees, to setup simulated phishing campaigns to see if they are following protocol, and to automatically provide remedial training to those who do not follow protocol.
Easy Security Your Staff Will Love
What do you like best about the product?
Short and to the point, relevent training that allows the user to be informed about current security issues that he/she may encounter not only at work but also at home. It is current, you won't be wondering how old the video is. It is easy to understand. From working in IT with the administrator of the software, he comment on how easy it is to deploy the training to our staff and students. The training not only includes the videos but also fake "tests" that make sure users are learning from the training they complete. This is done on a monthly to quarterly basis. Since it is intergrated into our email software, we are able to use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints or dislikes about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had some attempts on our organization from the outside to hack in. All through fake emails that looked very legit; even appeared to be from a coworker. We were able to remove that email from user accounts so that it wasn't opened. Find out who had opened and clicked the links. Actions were taken from there to not only change those users passwords but also be on alert that our network could be compromised. Thankfully it was not. I give credit to the individuals that completed the Security Awareness Training for recognizing what was taking place and to the software to allow our IT department to do what was needed to stop the threat.
