The training platform of KnowBe4 is engaging and interactive because it is user-friendly and easy to navigate, offering a variety of training formats. The short, engaging video clips make learning about cybersecurity and email compromise accessible and interesting for non-technical users at the organization level.
This feature is particularly effective because it is user-friendly and the clips are concise, providing insightful knowledge about certain products and messages being conveyed.
What needs improvement?
I have a challenge with the stability while using KnowBe4. I have made an observation regarding the login process. For every login attempt, because my organization uses KnowBe4 with a large staff strength, a new passwordless login link is sent.
This process could be reviewed to make the session login more seamless, as receiving a new password link for every login attempt is stressful and not as efficient as it should be.
Sometimes I feel reluctant to log in because I know I will have to receive a reset link. This is the only challenge for me personally.

I have been using the solution since 2019, which is approximately six years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I have a challenge with the stability while using KnowBe4.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support team at KnowBe4 is very effective. The content is regularly updated to reflect current threats, which demonstrates the strong performance of the customer support team.

I would not know about the pricing because it has been subsidized for us, so I am not fully aware of the actual cost.
What other advice do I have?
I will recommend KnowBe4 because it helps in mitigating issues and provides educative lessons to staff in large organizations, teaching them about phishing scams, email compromise, and cybersecurity.
I would speak about the product and explain that it meets current trends and addresses contemporary security challenges. The platform stays updated with current security issues that companies face.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using KnowBe4 Security Awareness training we were using another product. The product we were using was good, but not great! The thing I like best about KnowBe4 is the variety of material that is offered. There seems to be a training for everything that we need. The message of the training gets delivered in a short concise way which works well in my environment as everyone is busy and finding time is a challenge.

Human are the weakest part in cyber security and we can make this by Security awareness trainings. Knowbe4 security awareness training helps us to train our users and its very friendly to use.

The audiovisuals and the interaction of the videos. Very modern training environment

Length of the training videos. Long videos are a bit heavy.
