Simple for Users
What do you like best about the product?
The training is simple for users. We had a user come in and thanks us for making it simple to, as literally just clicking a link. He called it user error proof. IFYKYK
Also most answers should be common sense.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I did the training there were some answers that I would choose as correct (multiple choice questions) but was counted wrong. I was just going too much based on my situation (I would not be receiveg anything from a high school friend) so therefore I chose the anser of receieveing something from them as being wrong and possible risk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training is still going on for our users

Great e-learning platform with wide availability of training topics
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated the ease of use, the presentation of the contents and in general the completeness of most of the topics
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest going into more depth on some topics, for example by adding detailed examples or reading suggestions. in come cases it could be useful to emphasize the most critical aspects of cybersecurity awareness that might need more in-depth examination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful for security awareness training that helps reduce human errors, phishing attacks and generally increase security culture. It is also useful for covering compliance requirements by ensuring employees are trained in cybersecurity best practices
Security made simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the training is. The training videos are straight and to the point. I do like how the training in brought about as well. Utilizing the phishing email attempts for training is great. As well as analytics for how poor or well users are performing with the tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is that the trainings are easily skip-able. Users can basically not pay attention to the onscreen video and just wait till the end to answer the questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of users not checking emails for mailicious attempts. Some users do not think twice about the emails they receive, which leads to mailicious attacks on the device. This has happened better inform those users and helps us stay more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
The content is good and funny. I like the way the actors play their role and teach security awareness. This scenarios happens in multiple enterprise for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most content is good, however, we saw that not much new training is available. We have used several trainings, but sometimes we need more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For access control issues, we leverage those trainings for being in compliance with regulators and audits.
Great training for our employees
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps cybersecurity education simple, engaging, and realistic. Our employees have learned the importance of checking, re-checking, and double checking before clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues with false positives on tests, due to our outlook providing a 'report' function that is not recognized by KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees awareness of human error in cybersecurity - and it has benefited us from providing training, and educating employees on recognizing and responding to phishing attempts. It proactively safeguards our files and systems.
KnowBe4 empowers security culture change
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's console has made it very easy for me to have a strong impact on the security culture of my organization. This change is also backed by the reports and metrics provided by KB4.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing can be frustrating as there is a lot of awesome content locked behind the various licensing tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use KnowBe4 for our mandatory Security training, and the metrics it provides help us really dial-in our training to keep it useful to our employees. KnowBe4 makes it easy to identify weakpoints in our security culture, and address them.

I like how easy it is to pick trainings that meet our staffs needs in novel and interesting ways.

I do not dislike anything about the current service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for engaging and recurring annual security training. The benefits is a staff that is engaged and understands the security threats that exist in our day to day business lives.

Portal is easy to use, documentation on how to set things up is awesome and the account manager has been great to work with and very helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great end user experience.

None. The portal is quite easy going and does not require any high level understanding to use.

KnowBe4 provides plenty of up to date training and phishing exercise content.
Configuration of campaigns is very flexible.

I am always able to reach somone over the phone for support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not intuititive and I had to call a few times to understand how to use them. Once this is cleared up the product UI is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educate users on cybersecurity vigilance and privacy during onboarding and for new technologies such as AI.
