Great Training On A Variety Of Topics, Easy to Admin

What do you like best about the product?
There is a variety of training types on a variety of topics. Our users find the training helpful personally and professionally. It is easier to administer the system and choose training. Our customer success manager checks in with us to ensure that we are getting the most out of the system and are aware of new programs/functions that are added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training helps ensure that our team members are cognizant of the different ways bad actors can try to gain access to our systems and our clients' systems. The phishing campaigns validate the effectiveness of the training. The entire team frequently uses the Phish Alert Button to let us know when they have received an email they perceive as phishing. Security is top of mind for the team. We have several clients who ask specifically what we are doing about cybersecurity and we are able to confidently answer those questions because of KnowBe4.

Great tool to help unaware users of online threats

What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited amount of information to better prepare our users about cyber threats not only with email
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything to dislike but it is training and i dislike having to repeatedly remind my end users about the importance of this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating more knowledgeable users in the workplace to make IT department lives less hectic when it comes to protecting our data.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. Anyone can set it up. The different programs are just the right length for my team. Customer support has been great helping to set up all of my programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basic phishing email templates are easy to spot as phishing emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we have a solid cyber awareness program that is easy for people to participate in and easy to administer.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the ability to training staff on real-world phishing scams that have actually happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
The good modules or training materials are often not on my subscription list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the click rate of real phishing scams and malicious links down within my organization.

Easily setup testing campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up different campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
This works great for our company, what I don't like is not being able to see the actual emails that users were sent, only a like minded email and not the actual testing email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really makes users think more about the emails they receive and if they should actually click on something in an unsolicited email

The Only IT Initiative I've Implemented Where the Users Asked for More!

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does exactly what they advertise. It is relatively simple to setup and runs without much intervention being required. We conduct monthly phishing campaigns and training campaigns. My users have asked if they could binge the training videos. Some departments have taken it upon themselves to print out screenshots from the KnowBe4 website and posted them in their breakrooms without IT prompting. Their support team has been proactively reaching out to me with suggestions for getting the most from the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I have opened several 'wish list' requests along the way. But these are just areas that I think would enhance the already strong offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, KnowBe4 helped us check a box on a security checklist. However, overtime, based on user input we are seeing that it is having a positive impact on user's behavior. The number of times users take advantage of the Phish Alert Button has improved since implementing the SAT product.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, always up to date content. A lot of choice in the content. Easy to deploy via the web. Great support, answers fast. We have set up a phishing campaing used monthly with great results ! It is co-existing with our other defense tools without issues. Deployment was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, all went very well for us admins and the users !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lacks of user experience with phishing, difficulty in the handling of these threaths.

An excellent, innovative, and robust training platform for a decade (and counting)

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's content is always fresh and engaging. It presents useful information to users at any level of tech literacy (and this is coming from a user at a university, where levels of tech literacy are all over the map!). Their Learning Management System has capabilities that others have been unable to match, and continue to impress with their flexibility and openness to experiment with creative ways to stretch their boundaries. They have been a true partner for us in delivering all manner of organizational training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admittedly, my organization is trying to make KnowBe4's platform do things it was not necessarily intended to do. Some of our organizational tech debt has spilled over in this context, and that has made it challenging to make full use of KnowBe4 in the ways we would want. That said, they have never said 'no' to our out-of-the-box ideas, it just takes a while for feature requests to manifest as supported capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is the primary delivery mechanism for all manner of required employee training. For cybersecurity awareness, we use the content that KnowBe4 provides (and it is great!). For other operational areas, we upload our own content (SCORM packages) and leverage KnowBe4 as the Learning Management System for delivery. It's ability to read Active Directory and understand the employee/supervisor relationship makes escalation notifications (when people haven't completed the training yet and the deadline approaches) is a game-changer for us, as the other systems we have used in the past didn't have that capability and those escalations had to be handled manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and intuitive UI. Deploying our first phishing test was simple and straight forward, results were easy to read and gave a lot of detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process was a little lengthy, party down to back and forward short teams calls, rather than it being resolved in one longer meeting, with a support engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a phishing attack that was partially successful, with other third party security products in place this still slipped the net. User training and user tests have and will continue to combat this.
