Robust Payroll Solution with Room for UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the PeopleStrong platform. The depth with which it has been built is very good, helping us with the complications of our payroll. The support is also very good, especially during the month-end payroll which really helps us. Although the initial setup was not easy, the PeopleStrong team helped out and made it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved. Make it more modern, right now some of it is modern, some of it is age-old, would love everything to be modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PeopleStrong helps us with HR, attendance, and payroll complications. The platform's depth and good support, especially during month-end payroll, are really beneficial.
Essential HR Tool for Streamlined Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about PeopleStrong is that it bundles all our core HR work into one simple platform that fits our small internet company perfectly. Before this, I was jumping between endless spreadsheets, random files and different apps just to handle basic employee admin. Now everything’s all in one place, and it’s made my daily HR work way easier and more organized. The interface is really clean and intuitive too. It doesn’t have tons of unnecessary complicated features we’ll never use, so I can find what I need right away with no extra training or IT help. I especially love the onboarding tools—they let me follow the same clear process for every new hire, and I can keep all their paperwork and personal details stored digitally without messy physical files. It also cuts down so much manual data entry and paperwork. I can update employee profiles, check attendance logs, and approve leave requests all in just a few clicks. All staff records are kept safe and neatly organized, and I can pull up anyone’s info anytime I need it. Overall, it takes the stress out of repetitive HR admin, saves me loads of time, and lets me focus more on actually supporting our team instead of busy paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things I wish worked a bit better. For starters, custom workflows are pretty restricted. As part of a small lean HR team, I want to adjust onboarding steps, leave approval rules and employee check-in processes to match our own internal routines. But the templates are mostly fixed, and I can’t edit them freely to fit how our company operates. The reporting tools also feel pretty basic and rigid. I often need custom reports for attendance patterns, leave trends and employee turnover, but the preset formats don’t let me tailor the data the way I want. The filtering options are too limited, and when I export reports to Excel or CSV, the formatting is always messy. I end up spending extra time fixing columns and cleaning up data manually every single time. The default report templates are far too generic, with no option to pick and choose exactly which data fields I want to include.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using PeopleStrong, all our employee records, onboarding paperwork, attendance and leave data were scattered everywhere. Now it centralizes all that HR work in one spot. It’s cut down my manual paperwork and repetitive data entry drastically, keeps all staff records organized, and makes every part of our daily HR operations run much smoother.

I like how PeopleStrong centralizes HR operations and simplifies day-to-day processes. It keeps everything in one system, which saves time, reduces errors, and makes processes more efficient. The initial setup was fairly smooth overall, requiring some time for configuration, but it was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times and some features could be more intuitive and flexible. Improving navigation, reducing unnecessary steps, and increasing customization in workflows and reporting would significantly improve usability and flexibility.

PeopleStrong Makes Reimbursements and Payslips Easy with Clear Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about PeopleStrong is how easy it is to manage reimbursements and claims, and to access my payslips all in one place. The overall process feels straightforward, saves time, and requires very little manual effort. I also appreciate the clear tracking, because it lets me see the status of my submissions at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that the reimbursement and claims process can feel a bit slow at times, especially when approvals take longer than expected. The interface can also lag occasionally, making navigation slightly frustrating. Additionally, the status updates aren’t always very detailed, which makes it hard to know exact progress.

PeopleStrong makes reimbursement, claims, and payslip access much easier by bringing everything into a single platform, rather than relying on manual processes or long email threads. This saves time and cuts down on confusion because I can submit requests, track their status, and view my salary details in one place. Overall, it makes the process more transparent, straightforward, and convenient for me.

I like that PeopleStrong is easy to use and flexible. It's a nice platform that's good for use, and I find the AI features particularly valuable for their quick and easy response to inputs. Easy-to-use app for employees with all HR info in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I used PeopleStrong in my previous organization, a financial services company, where all employees were required to use the mobile app. Implementation was straightforward and getting started with the app required minimal guidance. Whenever I needed help, support was responsive and assisted promptly. I did not integrate the app with any other platform, but it worked well on its own. I completed my onboarding through the app, and when I eventually resigned, the process was also handled through it. I used it daily to mark my attendance, which even captured my location automatically. I applied for leave through the app and my manager approved it there, so I could see the status instantly. I could also view my salary slips, the number of days worked, off days and access skill development courses—all the information and resources an employee needs in one place. The app made daily HR-related tasks simple, convenient and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I used the app as an employee, there were very few issues. Sometimes the app took time to open and I had to try multiple times before it worked. Other than that, it worked reliably for attendance, leave, salary slips and other daily HR tasks.

PeopleStrong helped me manage important employee tasks efficiently. I used it to mark attendance, apply for leave, view my salary slips, track days worked and off days, complete onboarding when I joined and even handle my resignation when I left the company. I also accessed skill development courses—all in one place. This made my workday smoother, reduced confusion and saved time for both me and the HR team.
Smooth, Efficient HR Management with PeopleStrong.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like PeopleStrong's UI system, which provides a shortcut link for all things with just one click, making navigation super smooth. It saves me time and effort because I don't need to search through all the pages for what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which most irritates me is their auto survey pop-ups. Whenever I'm on there, a survey pops up on the screen that I need to complete. Without completing it, I am unable to proceed further as there is no skip option for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PeopleStrong for HR tasks like daily employee management, attendance, leave management, and onboarding new employees. Its UI with shortcut links saves me time by avoiding page searches.
A good SaaS-based Human Resource Management Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
We are using people strong in our organization, as a employee i use this tool to see my pay slip, apply for claims / reimbursements, get the form-16 etc.

Nothing to dislike about this product. Using it since 1.9 yrs
