Decent software
What do you like best about the product?
Maintains a proper track record of attendance and leaves,has onetastic learning which helps in learning and developing new skills ,also keep a track of every employee's birthday so that no one misses anyone's birthday
What do you dislike about the product?
The long login procedure,not sure if it's the company order or the app is designed in the way ,that everytime we have to login again,it should be a single login for a particular day ,same while leaving there's a need to login in again and then logout so that the leaving time is recorded.Even the QR scanning doesn't work properly most of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it helps to record attendance and the leave balances ,helps to apply and get timely approval for the leave . Also keeps track of earned leave and sick leave for employees.

tracking of my leaves,anniverseries,helps in maintaining all my pay slips ,all my documents.best thing is I will get to know about my incentives and to check organizational heirarchy

sometimes its unable to login, session expires soon,every time need to lgin,
its better to optimize this issue ,

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to understand about organization structure ,easy to download pay slips,offer letters and the increment letters, compared to previous hrms this is far way better to understand and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
its difficult for us to load , contents are sometimes not updates , while applying leaves not able to see how many left with, need to update and focus on many features.

-We can use Mobileapp for punch in and out, its very user-friendly.

We use Peoplestrong everyday for all HR related activities.It's app is user friendly and we use it everyday to mark attendance,regularise attendance,apply leaves while working from home.Recently they have integrated paysqure within peopleSrong so it becomes one solution for all HR related activities.

Sometimes there is delay in updating attendance for previous day even if we have punched on time.
I am not sure if it is due to Peoplestrong or any other company specific issue.
