What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to track my entire details, such as my attendance and tracking my leave, and easy to regularize my attendance and entire information regarding my payslips can be checked and downloaded
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be buggy sometimes, and they need to make it more userfriendly such as the dashboard must be made easier to see, and sometimes it crashes too such as our Simplilearn portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People strong helps us to track all the necessary details, such as my attendance and my payslip and helps to track my leaves and other organizational details so its very helpful.
User friendly i.e. mobile friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's mobile-friendly, unlike the one we used before this is mobile friendly and can be accessed most of the HR-related info in 1 tap away. Very helpful to access attendance, leaves etc
What do you dislike about the product?
It has way too many features and the desktop version isn't very useful because of the multiple options to get 1 job done. It can be simplified further for a smoother desktop version experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendance punch in/punch out, Leave applications, Quarterly KRAs, Taxes, Reimbursement submission made easy with the help of mobile app instead of desktop version.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and all the tasks can be completed in one place ,, It hits the bull's eye with exactly what any user would expect from their HRMS app. Very practical and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now needs some minor changes ,like -There is no option for Weekly off. Even now we can't Regularize Weekly Off. Personal Assistant ( Jinie ) Doesn't work sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All l in one app and Wonderful experience and easy to work on. More options to get attendance n apply leaves and get salary slips from facilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It has mobile application which make it user friendly, Easy notifications to Birthday and anniversaries of employees. Login is made easy through this application, Can connect with any employee in your organisation very effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very Location Centric application, need your office location only to login. Attendence Marking is a hassle , still in implementing stage. Early morning logout access not available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is handy application as available as mobile application, login and logout has been made easy. Can connect to any person in the organisation within second with just his name and profile.
a really great HR ERP application for small & medium enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
its user interface is good, consists of all required fields. we can apply leave, check our leave balance, status of leave approval, Tasks & training assigned to us. we get update every monday about last week's attendence.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes this application get struck and does not respond even in good internet connectivity. need to reinstall the application & sometimes need to use aeroplane mode on & off to resume usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is creating a medium of bridge between employees of different department in an enterprise. it creates better connectivity between peers. trainings assigned by HOD's are reflected in notification box

PeopleStrong access time is less than 10 minutes which needs to be increased

The employee directory is pretty useful for getting contacts at an ease of your co-workers. Helpful in managing leaves and attendance.

Facing a lot of issues with the mobile app lately. It does not give you the best UI

What do you like best about the product?
PeopleStrong has been a game changer for HR department. They helped to streamline HR policies and reduce time spent on repetitive tasks. The organizations are now able to spend more time on the people's side of the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using PeopleStrong for a year now and I'm very happy with their service. The software is intuitive and easy to use, I like how it helps me save time by analyzing data for me so I can focus on what's most important but what I disliked about the software was the mobile app design which is fixed now and looks modern nowadays and I am so happy with the services.

There are many HR software systems on the market. PeopleStrong is the best choice for enterprise-level companies. The system is easy to use and well-designed, it has helped us with recruiting, payroll, and so much more.

The best thing is about the UI. Interface is too easy to use. The customisations are simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Just if they could have a R&R tool on place.
