Very good product
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Libraesva Email Security for years and pretty much everything about it has been an all positive experience.
- Easy to manage, implement and integrate.
- New updates are frequent and effortless to do.
- The interface is simple and clean.
- Has lots of features.
- Support is good.
Definitely will recommend!

What do you dislike about the product?
You can't go under the hood. I mean it's closed code (no ssh login rights). For example I wasn't able to update the VMHardware for this VM to a newer one. Or installing (an active) Zabbix agent is out of question. You don't have access to the OS - and support won't do it for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing tons of spam and malicious messages/attachments from entering our mail system.

Its a great product. I was little hesitant initially to buy this product as i had little knowledge about the product. Its worth the money

I don't see any downside in this product as i have been using it for many months now

After I implemented Libraesva I see a change in how the Email Spam is being handled. It's handling efficiently

The system is quite user-friendly and always has new version updates.
The system is quite easy to use, with regular updates to new versions. The support team resolves issues quickly and answers questions very well, ensuring our email system is secure without worrying about spam emails or other dangers that come with phishing emails.

Shortly for changing the data center location in Singapore from the first in the EU.
We use LibraEsva ESG to protect all our corporate email ( O365 ) - very easy and powerful features

The antispam is very good and allows to recall bad emails directly from all the users mailboxes seamlessly.
It allows the admin to release good emails if the attachments have been "sanitized" ( es: pdf containing good urls or emails with encrypted attachments )

some bugs ( but quickly resolved by the support team ) in managing some compressed archvies made with the latest versions of the softwares ( es 7Zip )

The best service is the Attachments sandbox and URL rewriting.
It's one of the more effective Antispam products available, easy to use

I feel it should have more advanced features, for example a weighted IP RBL quering multiple RBL lists and other features.

Furthermore, it is possible to create policies and exceptions in a timely manner so that we can better manage our needs. Finally, the support is always very helpful and follows you step by step during the management of a ticket. It's a very good product.

You need knowledge like any products of this kind. It is not for beginner but I don't feel it as a real dislike.
