An essential product in the arsenal of defense tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend the use of Libraesva Email Security for its exceptional robustness and ease of installation and administration. The improvements in daily operational efficiency are immediately evident, thanks also to its dynamic and user-friendly interface. Furthermore, the technical support service provided is of high quality and customer-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I find no drawbacks to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the current business landscape, implementing a robust email security solution is crucial to protect not only email communication but especially corporate information, as email represents the primary vector for cyberattacks. Our requirement was to adopt a solution capable of blocking both common threats, such as malicious attachments and links, and the latest social engineering attacks, including phishing, whaling, and account takeover, while also effectively filtering spam and minimizing false positives.
Highly effective product with great integration with M365 and Google
What do you like best about the product?
Libraesva's core email security and spam capabilities are hard to beat. The unique and thoughtful design of their protections ensure that email gets processed quickly, reliably and safely. Straightforward M365 and Google Workspaces integration ensures simple user experience. Customer support is very responsive and easy to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better built-in anomaly reporting and user incidence response capabilities. I also wish their were better email encryption capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Libraesva provides primary email security capabilities for our customers including anomaly detection, file and link sandboxing, spam filtering and remediation capabilities.
Painless Install and Operation
What do you like best about the product?
Librasva Email Security can be installed in less than one hour and left alone to filter the spam without any fine controls being turned on

What do you dislike about the product?
The solution and spam controls is not for the beginner but the solution is so advanced it needs time to understand every single aspect of the controls - one control might be to the detriment of another
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using various items from different vendors - using Librasva has allowed us to use products under one vendor which allows us one point of support and allows us to understand one product family
As good as it gets
What do you like best about the product?
We've just completed our first three-year engagement with Libraesva, and we're very happy to renew for a further three. Implementation was very straightforward, the interface is easy to use, and for the most part it's 'fire and forget' - it sits in the background and does it's job superbly well. Customer support has been excellent on the rare occasions we've needed it. I'd definitely recommend the product to other organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to speak of! The old interface wasn't perfect, but that's been updated consistently.

Preventing spam and malicious content from getting into our email.

with Libraesva i love how reliable it is, the feeling of being secure is great and guaranteed

it's a great product but the small thing i don't like about it is the Menu is hard to remember but i guess it's because you don't need to access the admin portal too often because it just does what it needs too when it needs too.

it's protecting all our users and the people we are sending emails to, it ensures we are not attacked and we don't attack anyone.
The most advanced and adaptable mail security solution I have used for protecting mail flows.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many types of mail security solutions in the French market as a security engineer (Barracuda, VadeSecure, Mailinblack, ...) and after many years of use, the Libraesva ESG is the only one that meets all our needs and requirements.
In addition to being at the forefront in supporting different security protocols, filtering, and external integrations, it allows you complete optimization according to your needs, up to the highest standards of security.
Installation is very easy and quick if you have some experience with mail security, but not for beginners. Technical support is also very responsive and complex problems are quickly escalated (but only in English and Italian) and we recommend going through an experienced local integrator if you are a French customer.
The solution is not perfect but very rarely makes a mistake if well configured, perfect for modern mail security.

What do you dislike about the product?
This solution is not for beginners; all parameters can be changed and customized, and if you don't have any real knowledge in security, email flows, associated standards, and protocols, you can easily break your filtering and delivery capability. For MSPs like us who use and support our customers, this is not a problem, but the ESG could have a beginner's initialization mode which guides towards an appropriate configuration and hides "dangerous" options.
On massive databases (very long-term retention of email information and many people filtered) as a database for millions of emails, the solution still requires more performance optimizations; it can be really time-consuming to do queries on masses of data.

It's stable, always up and running.

Really noting to dislike about ESG, probably the best tool on our company.

managed to integrate all our systems and also the relay servers. It has become an important piece in guaranteeing our safety and we are truly satisfied.

All you ever need for Email Security
What do you like best about the product?
The portal and managemnet interface isn't some outdated 90's looking thing, it's very intuitive and it speaks to administrators really easily. All the features are packed inside allowing us to easily navigate and implement any requests from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to disklike Libraesva in any capacity however I do sometimes feel that some of the features such as High availability would come as part of the base package - saying that I understand that from a commercial model it makes sense to have it as addons.

As an MSP, we have many different clients and email domains to look after.
LibraEsva does and amazing job at being multi-tenant at heart making adminsitration and client satisfaction a breeze.
One problem that LibraEsva is solving for us is understanding why certain inbound emails were normally put in spam, this allows us to advise the sender on what they can do better to improve their overall deliverability.
The second problem that LibraEsva solves for us is ensuring that our clients have the best insight and integration with Microsoft 365 to really improve DKIM, SPF, ARC & DMARC settings, which is really easy to implement in LibraEsva. This benefits our clients as we know exactly which IPs are going to be used in the outgoing email so we can secure and configure other areas correctly.
