A Reliable and User-Friendly CMS

  • October 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph stands out as a reliable and intuitive cms. It's easy to use, even for those who aren't deeply technical, making it accessible for a wide range of users. I’ve never encountered any major issues while using it. For teams managing straightforward projects, Hygraph delivers consistent performance, and its headless architecture aligns well with modern web development practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its strengths, Hygraph feels somewhat limited when it comes to handling complex websites. If your project requires extensive use of components and modals, you might find the available options insufficient, especially considering the price. Compared to other headless CMS platforms, the component library could be more robust, and the lack of flexibility in this area can be a drawback for larger, more intricate projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is providing a easy to use CMS to manage the content on our website. It's fairly intuitive (depending on how you set it up) and gives content editors enough freedom to manage content efficiently.

Powerful and Flexible headless CMS, easy to integrate and manage in a way we want.

  • October 20, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is now supporting remote mutation which I think is the coolest feature, meaning you can not only query external APIs but also write to them all via the Hygraph GraphQL endpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hygraph is focused towards GraphQl, while it is great for flexibility for user , however it would be better if it could also support the Rest Endpoint which legacy system can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It decouples the frontend and backend, which helps user to manage large amount of data using API.
It benefits the user to create content once and use it on different channels such as web , mobile and other social media channels.

What do you like best about the product?
These tools help us build a website without needing to write all the code from scratch or needing to know how to code. A CMS allows everyone to build websites easily as long as they can read and operate a computer. These traditional CMS handles the front-end and back-end aspects of every website and allows minimal flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much more custmizations like other cms wordpress ,druapl
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
less time without codeing know

We can store project related information as an document in structural way

technically impressive and future-proof CMS

  • October 18, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Hygraph at Ditto Music in 2020 and have used it since. A headless CMS was something we were keen to integrate into our tech stack in order have a scalable lightweight solution that would provide all the features we needed from a CMS. Hygraph has been a very capable choice and continues to add new features for our marketing teams to take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the product is overly technical. The end users are marketing staff and copywriters. It sometimes feels that is overlooked and is more geared towards technical staff although we encourage our non-technical staff to overcome these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph is a CMS we have used for our content since 2020. It allows our marketing team to have more control over the content we publish across dittomusic.com

Great CMS for small websites

  • October 18, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It was a smooth learning curve to get things going. Even as a total beginner, I was able to set it up and present data dynamically in my second project ever. This service is perfect for front end developers who want to have a kinda full-stack experience. I highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from the free tier to the paid tier is quite steep, but understandable given how generous the free tier is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to create a backoffice from scratch. Hygraph offers all the solutions I need to get going quickly.
