What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is easy to use and has a great support that helped me with any issues I had. It was easy to implement, both the sales, product and technical teams liked it. It has all the features that we require for a CMS system.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing in particular, hygraph is easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS for a public website (including blog, offices page, careers page)
Good tool with a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Creates great looking case studies ready to be launched publicly. Has all the tools and features we were looking for under one platform. We were able to launch with the tool and use it immediately. Easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve on how to best use the tool. A lot of the content is siloed and then you have to piece it all together which is challenging at first, but then once you have a lot of content it actually makes it easier to reuse and put together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph helps me, a non engineer, create web content and case studies that are easy and ready to be published online.
Best for content management and serving GraphQL
What do you like best about the product?
I like simple UI of hygraph which anyone can adopt easily. From managing assets to building schemas for the content is very easy. Adding and updating assets , scheduling content publishing , making changes are like fun using hygraph. Best part is to integrate hygraph with our ecommerce platform and pwa was easy and smooth. I really recommend hygraph for reliability , easy publishing of cms pages , and serving through graphQL, easy of implementation in any system.

Powerful Headless CMS with excellent developer experience
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Hygraph to run our whole website - blogs, guides, lead forms, you name it. It's been a real game-changer. As a dev, I'm loving the GraphQL setup. Their API is solid, making it super easy to pull and update content.
The best part? How flexible the content modeling is. We've got some pretty complex setups for different content types, and Hygraph handles it like a champ. The webhooks are another big win. We've automated a ton of stuff - like pinging Slack when we get new leads or triggering email alerts for fresh blog posts. And updating our site with ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration)? Piece of cake with Hygraph.
It's techy enough to keep us developers happy, but our content team actually enjoys using it too. That's pretty rare to find, in my experience. Honestly, it's made managing our site so much smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing to dislike about Hygraph so far. We've been really happy with it, and it’s been an excellent fit for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph has helped us streamline content management across our entire website, which includes over 15 schemas and more than 500 dynamic pages. It’s also been instrumental in managing our ESG report frameworks, handling over 1,500 data points with ease. The journey has been incredibly smooth thanks to Hygraph’s intuitive schema creation, seamless integration of new or existing data through GraphQL, and easy data querying. It's allowed us to build and maintain complex content structures without hassle, saving time and improving our workflow significantly.

They have incredibly cool tutorial videos that get you up and running in no time. Also the GraphQL tools are outstanding and help you create the most complex queries in jo time. I also appreciate the free tier.

I would love to see model singletons, which is not a showstopper but Dato has it.

It's allowing me to keep content and UI apart in an easy way
Great UX for recurrent content changes.
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph has helped us at DeTrash a lot at a time our team and DeTrash persona was changing a couple of times. We were able to change content without demanding effort and time of more than one contributor, something that wasn't possible before hygraph.

Although it is a detail the time the change takes to reflect on the website sometimes takes around 15-20 minutes which can be seen as a too long by some.
