What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which queries run is so fast that they execute in less than a second. The level of support is excellent since they even offer ideas and criticism on how we can make our system even better. Support for GraphQL is one of its key features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is a slight price increase, everything is worthwhile. It is possible to increase the number of modular components and make the list longer. It lacks of functionality like front-end user management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our company, Hygraph is the finest platform for federated content since it allows material to be distributed using a single application programming interface (API) from any location to any location. The user interface is really responsive and simple to use. Fantastic developer experience working with several APIs and web hooks. The process of creating web applications is quite flexible. Database management systems and CMS are also supported.

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is a better platform for React , Android , Flutter as well as Web Applications. This platform allows user to easily manage the data through the Contet Management System. Managing Multiple users and assigning roles to them is quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the API Query is created , it cannot be edited for further use and needs to created all over again , which can be a tedious task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the applications made from android , flutter , react ,etc can be easily managed via Hygraph. Through the content management system we can easily manage and access the data. Multiple users can collaboratively work together.

Its graphical representations is stand out.

CICD pipeline can make wonders. So if its introduced it will be excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i used it for my internal company project which was getting scaled it was with increased traffic it was hard with rest apis. but Hygraph helped in dealing with large content
Good CMS for managing our online presence
What do you like best about the product?
The way it was set up by the agency who worked on the project made it really easy to manage the project gallery on our website. The image transformation feature it provides also helps serving the image sizes that won't slow down the website (because our pages are image heavy) while us not having to think about this while uploading them. New studio UI also looks really good, we needed some help from the support to help us transition and they were really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of images and sometimes we need to reuse them and at times it can be hard to find them, some tagging feature could be really useful for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a rather complex gallery on our website where we present the projects and everything there from content to sectons to image galleries is managed in Hygraph.
Powerful, User-Friendly, and Seamlessly Integrated
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Hygraph is one thing – it is very easy to work with. The interface is intuitive as far as I and my team are concerned and because of this, uploading and managing content remains easy even for non-technical personnel of an organisation. One of the most useful is the schema builder where people can easily sort their product catalogs and technical specs which is exactly what we need for Numenda.
It also has a good integration with other tools that we use, for us ERP and CRM systems, and others. This has proved handy during preparations to set up since it provides fresh information across the various platforms. It would be wonderful to have more options as to how and where the features are presented with the global support as one of the defining attributes.
Works with the customer support team have been satisfactory because the team has always been quick to respond whenever we ask questions. It is always refreshing to see the updates and minor changes which adds to our usage being in pace with our needs.
It also has a good integration with other tools that we use, for us ERP and CRM systems, and others. I believe one of the issues encountered while working with Hygraph is the necessity to understand some of its features may take some time to master. Patients steep themselves into it and it might could be a bit complicated for the fresh content managers. Another deciding factor is the cost which, as mentioned earlier, is a matter of concern more so when the workspace is to be created for a small team.
As for the configuration, the first time we set up the service especially for the detailed usage, more resources were needed in comparison with expectations. We decided on customer support being generally satisfactory although you might spend more time to sort complicated problems out, we believe that a live chat support could be more effective.
Finally, since all those options are accessed through a browser interface, it is sometimes difficult to wade through the mess and look at the tools we frequently apply.

The simplicity of the user interface provided by the platform makes it easy for any developer / non developer to manage things on hygraph.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of webhooks. Sometimes the entire project needs to reloaded to explore web hooks which is a bit tiring.

The problem of putting console based applications effortlessly to web and the ease of use.

Everything you need is there. It has proven to be flexible in adapting to our business needs. Fast and friendly support is a big upside.

The end user UI where you maintain content can be a bit rough and engineer-like at a first glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to pull and enrich data from several backend systems. Hygraph can handle this well and our engineers can meet business needs without trouble. We are publishing to one app now, but Hygraph supports our roadmap to publish to other UI solutions.

Neat Product
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is quite nice, feature I like the most is how flexible is the components architecture. this product is well intended for marketers and developers, in our case we moved from strapi over to hygraph with minor frictions which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
How content hierarchy is structured withing the admin panel is sometimes difficult to locate a given artifact like a page for example. Its feels like everything is in one single place so doing a visual search is not possible, i would suggest to group more similar artifacts in the content context
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our public website and blog relies on headless CMS, specially when it comes to templating certain pages or reusable sections across our sites, this tool is quite resourceful in such tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I really like, and will continue to drive down on, how seamless it is to update content in the platform. The ability to edit, schedule, and review revisions all in one place has made content management far more efficient. It’s become a valuable tool for staying on top of updates, tracking changes, and keeping an audit trail without any hassle.

I still believe the naming convention is difficult but I think this is due to being not an website dev and just a generalist marketer.
