Time consuming but lots of functions

What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph's block-based structure makes it easy to spin up unique pages easily and quickly, using pre-existing content blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hygraph can require developer resources to make it really sing, and changing site structure or page structure (as an example) isn't the sort of thing that one can really do ont he fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a relatively complex site structure, with over 750 pages that need to be managed, featuring unique and duplicated content blocks. Hygraph makes managing this content relatively easy. It's eays to deploy changes across the site, as well as to customize unique pages and blocks.
Great user interface for editors yet enough capabilities for engineering customisation
What do you like best about the product?
As an editor and product manager, it's very easy to use the editor UI. Everything is intuitive and clear (after setting up on the engineering side).
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messaging - it's not always easy to understand what exactly is wrong. Sometimes it just says that I can't publish and highlights the whole page with red instead of a specific text box/field with the error. Takes time to try and test to see where the issue is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to bring the development of our website in-house and take control over layouts, features, designs, etc.
A very capable, user-friendly CMS for ecommerce brands
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hygraph is how relatively easy it is to train new people to use. It opens up a lot of opportunities and speeds up our organization, allowing us to make changes to products and content on the website with less work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system like this, it reflects complexity back at you. You need to establish best practices and work closely with your engineering team to make sure labels and fields are all accurate and human-readable, and you have to stick to your system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an ecommerce business with tens of thousands of SKUs, all reflecting slightly different customized products. Hygraph is the best solution for us to make sure each of those SKUs is paired with the right content to power an engaging user experience for our customers.
Hygraph offers consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I have found this system to be consistently reliable and highly accessible, making it an invaluable tool in my daily work. Over time, I have trained several team members to use it effectively, and I appreciate how straightforward it is to teach and implement. Its user-friendly design allows new users to quickly grasp its core functions without feeling overwhelmed. Every day, I rely on this system to efficiently maintain and update our app catalog, ensuring that all information remains accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat rigid--for example if I type "moons" it won't return listings containing "moon." It's also not the most adaptable for a layperson to use search and filter features.
Hygraph would benefit from more quick and easy ways for users to define default settings, such as sorting data or filters.
Hygraph would benefit from more quick and easy ways for users to define default settings, such as sorting data or filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph stores our catalog for 4k+ book listings that appear in an app. It's the best solution for app integration.
Fantastic feature-packed headless CMS with regular updates and improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Very well rounded and featured packed - well suited for curating and publishing content on a bespoke in-house developed app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is less than intuitive and could do with some visual improvements, based on industry standard CMS practises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have built an in-house b2b app and needed a headless CMS solution that could cater to our requirements for PDPs, collections, blogs, e-mail marketing categories and other day to day CMS requirements.

An excellent CMS!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy it is to scale Hygraph. The editor is dead simple and the features are simple and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hyraph's interface has a large amount of text buttons. Some graphic buttons and keyboard shortcuts would be nice to work more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting a blog on our existing site and needed a nice CMS to make it happen. Hygraph is a headless CMS which means it's easy to implement and requires little to no dev work.
Hygraph dependability needs to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The learning of hygraph current features is relatively quick with new employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike how it glitches or crashes and work is lost or not able to be productive because hygraphnis down. It should have spelling review in content boxes. It should be easier to retrieve deleted content. It would be nice to be able to replicate repetitive data on multiple existing pages rather than re-enter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage content on our software
Great way to organize a large quantity of content
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly intuitive, with carefully selected and well-designed tools for editing content. You don't require advanced developer skills to grasp the basics of Hygraph.

Nothing much! Maybe wish that the pages would have specific links for each live page that it represents for NLG templates.

organizing a large quantity of content
